The board dont seem to care, why would they. They wisely only have tiny holdings. For the FOUNDER AND CEO to own less than 1% is all you need to know about where this share price is heading

Just over 500,000 sold this morning while just under 100,000 bought… how low will this go? 5p? 0p?

So to summarise this sorry situation. The CEO has promised a biological pathogen detector that either doesn’t work or nobody wants to buy.
He is fast running out of money. He can’t raise money in the usual way, as not even he can cover up all this failure with yet another fundraising.
So he’s started talking of selling part of the business to raise cash. However he’s now a distressed seller. What do you do in this situation? Keep very quiet and hope something happens to keep you afloat.
There will be no statement from the CEO for a long time I suspect…

I must be psychic! The guidance of the CEO has past with no sales, no update and no explanation. Amazing how history repeats itself RE ventilators, covid detector end of last year, return to profitability etc etc etc etc. Never mind. In a month or two he’ll be charming you all and telling you how great the future will be after the next fundraising- a fundraising that the ceo will quietly not participate in (sorry I think he put in £3-6,000? From his £300k+ salary last time). Oh well, this is all entertaining watching from the sidelines. So so glad I sold out before this tragic story continues onto the next chapter of failure

As the facts change, I change my mind. Nothing the matter with that. Especially when it’s ahead of the share price changes. BTW I put that scenario I was ‘confident of’ at 40%

After it falls below 10p expect a sudden drop to 6p. Unless they manage to pull off a distressed sell of part of the business I’d suspect it will all be over.

Fool me once shame you, fool me twice shame on me. There’s a lot of shame investors in Kromek are harbouring. One last week was trying to insist that “by April” means “by May” - when May comes they will be making the point that “it’s ground breaking technology- you just don’t understand how science works”. Should Kromek go into administration they will be howling about the short term nature of stock markets etc etc.

According to an FT article, over the past 20years in 30% of all listed aim companies investors have lost more than 95% of their capital.


Kromek looks increasingly likely to join that 30%…

So many broken promises, so many goals unachieved. The CEO & founder meanwhile is certain the future is great - he’s so altruistic he only wants to own a teeny tiny percent of the future fortunes…

Previously I had thought no PLC company would behave in such a dishonourable manner. However, it’s seems standard modus operandi for Kromek

Share price actually went down last time an ‘upto’ contract was announced after previous ‘upto’ failures. 11days till another Kromek deadline passes with the traditional failure to acknowledge, explain or apologise.

Kromek has no credibility left and soon (June- Charlie Buckets prediction) will have no money left either. Question is; are there enough mugs out there to partake in another fundraising, after all the previous ones which have proved to be nonsense… Could be at the end of the road and insolvent this time next year… they need to accelerate plans to sell parts of business, without a sale it’s over, a fact any buyer will be keen to exploit

Only good thing about Kromek is that the market thinks they are utterly hopeless, incompetent and worthless.

If they can prove they are just mostly hopeless, mostly but not always useless and have an ounce of real value somewhere - the share price might surge briefly…

A pivotal year as ST says. I think that’s his final call on Kromek. After the ‘pivotal year’ is over Kromek will be cut loose from their only supporter and shall be drifting with zero hope.

As an anecdote- Dragons’ Den seem to respect anyone who puts their life style on line for something they truly believe in - like remortgaging their properties.

Any evidence of that here?

Notwithstanding not having any scientific retort, are the Directors still paying themselves at top whack while they can?

Maybe stretching out the cash flow might buy some time?

There is also a serious disconnect with his shareholders.
He should also take a look at these blog boards to see what his shareholders think of him!
But then again……… is he bothered about us? Don’t think so.

He needs to own a decent stake in his business he founded or step aside. How can any investor have faith in a business which does not have the belief of the founder and ceo. Step aside or invest Arnab.
