I don't need to unseat the current board of directors - Firestone have done (or will do) that very neatly. All out at one fell swoop. And only two of them retained as consultants without board status. Can't come soon enough for me.

Kopane has been held back for the last 12 months. Now it can go forward. I'm very disappointed at the price, but I always said it would depend on what Obtala thought was a decent return on their investment, rather than on any intrinsic project value.

Up to what point in time do other interested parties have, to make an offer? Can they make one after the shareholder voting? Im thinking that if they can it might pay to wait to see if current offer is rejected.

I only hope that this a strategic move to flush out another bidder by accepting a truly poor valuation in shares they are gambling on others coming out with better offer even if it is the same value in cash.

Is this scenario just too simple or am I missing something, The MOU company offered approx 26p for what was it.....Half the company? (In basic terms). Why wouldnt they now come back and offer 18p for all of it??
