Buy KDD if you believe another bidder will step forward now FDI has shown it's hand.

Some on here are probably wondering why the company ever passed up the 19p cash offer.

But there should be some solace in realising the potential of FDI and a rather more proactive management.

Presentation is good as many are gripped with fear of unknown.
Analysts and lots of PIs wil be doing alot of sums later.

I guess your right. KDD should have found a better partner, somebody with more cash. Obviouldy FDI thought KDD at 17p was too good to pass up.

You've just answered your own question, it makes no difference to FDI if it was cash or shares. But 17p is still cheap. MoU before this bid was announced valued KDD at 27p.

doubt FD share price will correct, everyone's going to dump it and then buy back later imho
