But then, doesn't that imply KDD over-valued ? otherwise they would surely.

I suspect you think KDD a bargain, so no reason for FDI not to vote yes.

The question is does the increased scale of the group make sense.? I think it does in this sector given the fragmented nature of the junior mining market. Bigger players will get more coverage if nothing else, despite any synergies.

seismick - please do yourself a favour and read the RNS.

Firestone is offering 0.4657 new shares for every 1 Kopane share.

That means that you take the FDI prevailing price and multiply it by .4657.

@ 36.5p that's 17p, as showin the RNS.

@ 29p it's 13.5 p

i assume you are winding people up? for the last time, you will receive:

0.4657 of a New Firestone Share for every 1 Kopane Share

that is taken from the RNS. It is the only information you need to figure out what you will get for your holding.

Based on REAL prices on a conversion NOW at FDI 29p

your KDD shares would be worth 12.75p

and NOT 17p as they tell you; KDD price needs to fall to below 8P now to offer holders the deal RATIO that is in the RNS

That was my thought's, wonder why FDI not been suspended, if that was the case it may have at least until it relist have had the effect of keeping the offer constant at 17p.

If any KDD representative tells you it's 17p, they're wrong.
