if this is a bad deal for KDD then it must be a great deal for FDI. But KDD are getting FDI shares. So it must be a great deal for KDD. Comprendez?

So why are they talking for six months about 17p when it was turned down a while back? No improvement. As it has been mentioned the asset has increased upgraded in value since then.
