01/4/2021 18:35 | A nice £23m project appears to be going ahead for our favourite construction firm. KIER CONFIRMED FOR LEVETE’S £42M PAISLEY MUSEUM EXPANSION Construction expected to begin early summer. Kier has been confirmed as the main contractor for the £42m extension of Paisley Museum. Construction is expected to start within the next few months after Renfrewshire council rubber-stamped Kier’s appointment. The contractor’s contract is worth £23m. | ![]() stdyeddy

01/4/2021 08:40 | Kier would make the perfect April Fool article! Buy Kier; 1) they have no assets (-£480m net tangible assets) 2) they have no historical profits (massive losses for 2 years) 3) they are going to tap you for more money soon. They are the opposite of a investment infact just a Cost, every 2.5 years they will ask for more. Don't worry though they will give you worthless share certificates in return. 4) they are in the perfect sector. 2 major company administrations in the last 4 years alone. 5) because Kier's directors are not stupid enough to buy shares themselves, we have given over 2 million away as a special incentive for only losing 106 and 146p per share for the last 2 years. Don't worry though they are only options now, so they won't count in the coming equity issue. Directors won't have to dip into their pockets on any RI. 6) Kier employ individuals to supply many good news stories over the years, so you can see how your money is being spent. Give generously in 3 weeks time so this work can continue or If you want to save time just throw money out of your car window! | ![]() wallywoo

Whoever is paying him (as if !)must be asking for a refund. | ![]() sparty1

30/3/2021 18:52 | Kier are solvent and should come good, but the trick is trying to calculate the opportunity cost. What I could have earned elsewhere since waiting for Davies to demonstrate progress. | ![]() kangaroo joe |
