well, wallza-doodle, you haven't made much of a point at all then, have you? And YOU SAID that you could go on, and on, but like all of your promises, it turns out to be nothing but idle talk.

It was more about making a point stdy (5 points to be exact). You are not that important to be bothered to list them all (I know that will come as a shock to you!). You are just here to generate share demand at the end of the day. Not to enter into a balanced debate on Kier's future as a investment.

My knees are quaking that you may reply to them!! Yawn!

So that's it then wally-pop; after 18 months and thousands of posts, that's what you reckon I've 'lied' about? Not much of a list. It seems you couldn't 'go on and on' after all! As I've said to some other skunk, I've not told a single lie here. Not one. I will set the record straight for you later. Sp here remains solid, btw.

wallzy, 18 mins and no more? I can only assume that you are trying and failing to create a fabulously long list of alleged lies. Since it is you, I will give you a few hours to work on this -- I know that your cognitive impairments mean that you need more time than most people -- and this evening, if I can be bothered, I will give you a special extended edition answer. 😊

Stdy's lies (off the top of my head);

1) Kier has £400m cash in the bank and could pay off all debt if they wanted. (They have no non debtor owned cash)

2) Kier have a low pe ratio. (They have no pe ratio since they have made losses for years)

3) Kier have a improving profit margin. (There's no evidence they can generate £1 of cash for years, including this one and lots of evidence they are losing money)

4) business is booming. (There's no evidence of this, revenue dropped roughly 10 percent last year and the one before £4.5b to £3.4b over 2 years).

5) Kier don't need a equity issue. Why would they say they do?

I could go on and on .....

Nope, you're lying again! All you did today was hope for a little advfn spit-spat, and you have been rewarded. But was it all you hoped for? You are being exposed as a fraud, humiliated and scorned. Now go and have a drink with your relatives. I imagine they wish they could be related to someone else -- perhaps you should ask them.

And all I did today was put up a post about a view on KIE. And this is the response.

You need help stdy.

I bet your employer is missing you. And I bet your relatives can't wait to leave. Maybe you should let them in the house.

PS - thanks for the concern re golf; played yesterday, and will be tomorrow. Today is relatives round in the garden, so won't be around in the afternoon. Knock yourself out with the lying and dissembling and omissions.

Re the 'wage fraudster' etc, (I'm on holiday this week and next week):

You're pitiful. And a liar.

yawn. Add up everything unpaid at Costain and stick that on the Costain board as debt and then CALL everyone who doesn't agree with your classification a liar. And then pick up the phone to your boss and tell that person that you're doing an honest day's work, helping the business make money, by typing pointless messages to random people on advfn. YOU LIVE A LIE EVERY DAY IN WORDS AND ACTIONS!

You are actually legally culpable for defrauding your employer. Since you appear to have no friends, my guess is that you will eventually give yourself away and get outed, and find yourself in hot water. Maybe you should re-think your priorities.

Average net debt is £436m, not the £310m window-dressed y/e number.
Plus £80m delayed tax.
Plus £125m trade finance of £125m if you're being fair.
I appreciate nobody here wants objectivity, but you should include it.
So that makes £641m net debt.

There will not be 'practically no net debt' under any scenario. Fact.

You're a liar. Fact.

imastu pidgitaswell

"Enterprise value currently is £310m debt plus £150m market cap. Call it £450m. IF the equity buy-in OR rights issue (whichever it turns out to be) raises one for one (ie perhaps doubling the shares in issue) or £130m plus £115m from Kier Living sale, plus perhaps £35 half-year profit, the business could have practically no net debt"

That is a lie.

Just can't drag yourself away, can you? 'See you soon' is evidently your expression for, let me post another dozen pointless posts. Debt; look it up. It's in the annual report.

What is the level of debt here?

stdy - I know what I bring to this - a correction to your lies and misrepresentation, and I complete the information that is out there, which you seek to bury:

And I highlight how you try to do it:

Annual report - a glossy version of the July information. Nothing new in it. Trading update in January - there was barely a singe piece of new information in it, just confirmation of the (window-dressed) debt levels. As for the contracts, they have been winning those month on month for umpteen years. All that revenue. And look where it has got them.

See you soon.

masturpig, there is plenty of debate on here and there has been for 18 months -- YOU BRING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING NEW TO THE DISCUSSION, other than a pompous-ar$e tone. I know why you're here -- you're a gabber who likes the sound of his own voice and you can't find a board that has as much going on as this one. You just want to be part of this crowd, even though you've got nothing to say and no business being here. Shame that, on a nice sunny day like today, you've got NO FRIENDS WHO CAN TOLERATE YOUR COMPANY FOR A ROUND OF GOLF; your only other 'pastime'. How sad!!

wally-pops, you've never actually played poker, have you? I mean, 'other hand holders'?? If this were poker, it's you who is holding a busted flush. You should've given up here months ago.

And for anyone being taken in by the 'no information' lie, I refer you to the annual report issued in September and the trading update in February. Btw, Kier's end-of-year celebratory video on youtube, out just a week ago, mentions 150 NEW PROJECTS STARTED IN 12 MONTHS. That's almost one every two days. A dynamic business, building the nation's infrastructure at a tremendous rate -- the UK's largest construction firm, currently priced at the same rate as a nice yacht.

wallo-pop-pops, are you trying to earn your GLG money today? Why oh why won't you admit that you've been looking at the charts upside down? C'mon on! Just say it -- the shareprice is at a nine-month high. Admit that one little thing, and I promise to leave you alone for the rest of today so that you can indulge whatever little kier disaster fantasies you like.

ham - as I say, take it to the FRES thread. One of a series of pieces on the lithium industry (which is unrelated to gold and silver mining) - this one less hysterical:

sparty - are you now seeking to close down all debate or contrary views by spamming elsewhere? I mean it won't work, but do you not think that is just a tad intolerant? And isn't that stdy's tactic - who is a different person, isn't he?
