Re
The real value isn’t in tangible assets though - it’s in what new ownership, leadership and refinancing does for future performance and how strongly that effects market valuation.

This is the problem is that we don't know who the new leadership is, if there is new leadership. No idea what the new assets are. Only we know is in the middle of nowhere in Zimbabwe.

Judging by past deals - Mzuri, Shumba, Blyvoor, Haneti - honestly don't expect anything good but something pretty bad.

Also if Kibo can't run a project in way better jurisdictions like UK - MAST has been pretty much stagnant, Tanzania, SOuth Africa and Mozambique, what are the chances of doing it in much worse jurisdiction such as Zim.

Also if solar project is so good, why the owners are not doing a new co listing on AIM or Standard List?!?

I’m interested to hear you thoughts?

As I see it -

Now you have c 5% of:
KIBO which the markets value at £4.8m

In the future you have c 2.34% of:
KIBO which the markets value at £4.8m
£7m cash from placing
Victoria falls solar project

The real value isn’t in tangible assets though - it’s in what new ownership, leadership and refinancing does for future performance and how strongly that effects market valuation.

RTOK you are indeed some kind of paranoid fantasist, I am not who you purport me to be and I don’t have a short position, what would be the point shorting a company on this market cap anyway the risks far outweigh the potential gains even if you could get the borrow from anywhere.

I suspect you are either embroiled in this via a bucket shop and are trying to curry interest, or you have just royally messed up and not understood the previous RNS, taking it to be some sort of amazing opportunity that everyone else has missed.

Idiot.

I’m sorry if there is a real account mixed in with the list of names you’ve provided but having been here a long time is absolutely not a recommendation to take your investment advice is it.

So you aren’t also Patientzer0. You’ve never heard of Melvin Capital when it’s clear to see on LSE that we have discussed them before. Wrapped up in your own lies. Short selling clown.

Well I might just have to agree with you frankie. The notion that this is some sort of fantastic end game is laughable. Might suit a few in below the placing price and I agree the sum of kibos parts is worth more than its current valuation but the share price is down to its current clam like leader whose scared to face his own shareholders

Sorry to pop your balloon, but assuming you are referring to myself, I have never even heard of Melvin capital.

Lurker, iamthebest, sir Ian B, G4S and Yaki are all independent accounts, posting on this board a long time before you arrived.

Appreciate it suits your narrative to claim people are multi alias shorters but it’s simply not true.

And you are STILL posting misleading and market abusing commentary.

Keen to line some buyers up?

Yes they have been Klingons. They have made a nice pay day for their efforts too but they’ll be gone within 6 months of this completing.

As Melvin Capital guy knows it will be more than 5p to get hold of these shares, significantly more. He knows the value that new owners and refinancing can add.

Melvin Capital guy with your many accounts. I know you. And you know me. I know your tells. Short sellers are going to get burnt.

Given their current attempts to deny a shareholder vote you'd have to say yes. Klingons spring to mind.

Interested to hear you take then if take overs are your strong point.

KIBO £4.8m mcap
Broomfield IPP with 160MW installed capacity
£17m in new share capital

You think the current leadership will be in position this time next year?

Also not convinced about a solar project in Zimbabwe either. I thought a tailings project in SA looked fantastic but that's been a disaster.
