What does lurker5 estimate Broomfields value to be, with revenue from 160MW of assets and 100MW+ project pipeline, compared with £4.8m KIBO ?

You guys feel that forcing out LC in that manner would be the best way to create value despite the inevitable disruption? Sounds personal rather than financial. LC knows his future and that of KIBO as it is today are not sustainable. He will get a good pay off via Broomfield but with 160MW of their own installed capacity and projects to deliver I cannot see he plays a role past an orderly handover of 6 months.

The right legal advice, this is your man.
Call the vote.
If have majority of voters behind 50% plus as DPR indicated you win.

complicated - Euroclear T&C contradicting Companies Act.

Eg if want to use your shares which are in SIPP, you need to take them out of Euroclear and that means out of the SIPP -which you can't do until 55. Even if you wanted to do it and waited the 2-3 months it takes!

All done to make it very hard, impossible to act

So RTOK you are claiming that based on information that’s not stated in the RNS but presumably you have sourced, that Broomfield are listing via KIBOs acquisition of a 100% stake in their subsidiary Brownhill, including all of the shareholder loan claims contained therin.

Because that was the easiest route to the markets.

Not via a cleaner shell for example.

Cough.

"...If you want the name of a good Irish Corporate Lawyer"

problem of legal route is that it can take years at the High Court to have a judgement.

Re scant not according to RTOK it is not YAKI.
Well done for requesting more YAKS.
If you want the name of a good Irish Corporate Lawyer give us a bell between 9.30-10.30.
Not cheap but is the dogs in mergers, reverse take overs, takeovers and all matters relating to Irish Corporate Law... Also removal of Directors AIM and would attend with you any meeting with Directors... Been told this sort of thing right up his street ie Kibo reverse Zimbabwe...

In short LC has agreed a deal that will remove him (your convinced he will go). Who does that?

Ok so in that case they control the company to some extent ... the cynic would argue that LC has someone or somebody that will back him not sack him. No way he'd win a vote at present. The question remains why would LC seek and agree a deal that replaces him when it's clear to all he's been comfortable here and at KAT / MAST

If everything was instantly clear and obvious to all then share prices would move in immediate steps up and down, but thing aren’t and they don’t.

The deal isn’t KIBO making an asset purchase and shouldn’t be evaluated as such. That wouldn’t require suspension, shareholder approval or an admission document.

This is Broomfield taking a 30% stake in KIBO and it’s route to the public markets.

So, Mr RTOK ! You have the information to evaluate Kibo share value after the relist. Give it to us please. Show us the consolidated balance sheets and those of any SPVs. Show us the predicted P&L - from the first year at any rate. Show us the net cash flow to Kibo shareholders per share for the first year at least. Tell us where and when you learned how to value a share. Or perhaps you are so bright as not to need to learn, and to know what a share price will be without bothering with any of all that. We would all be so grateful.

Ha ha. Even by KIBO standards, the information here is beyond scant

The nomad has been notified, adn looks like the s/hs will be given chance to vote on the deal, once detail information is realised

Give us 2 bln KIBO shares for smth somewhere with no idea who the management team is, with net assets at 500k - I doubt anyone with even few brain cells can think is sufficient

I don’t agree the information is incomplete.

I agree with the exchange, AIM, that:

1) This is a reverse take over.

2) The information necessary to enable investors to evaluate the effect of the transaction has been notified.

If you are not able evaluate an opportunity within the AIM rules and schedules then that is your issue, not anyone else’s.

we have all the info of the 3 owners of the business. 1 guy is key and he seems to have interests in DRC, Zambia etc

not sure what to make of it though

iamthebest 13 May '22 - 06:40 - 9108 of 9111

So no one has been able to find out anything about this company other than what Louis Lianos and no doubt promoters if progresses tell them.
