The value of new ownership, new leadership and refinancing is massive for the future share price. The energy market is on fire. So are the short sellers.

Sounds like a load of bullsheet to me.

I’m still desperately trying to glean what Melvin capital has to do with all this, because it seems one of the cornerstone points of RTOK’s entire argument, though if they are trying to draw comparison even, I really cannot see why they would try and draw it against this. They seem somewhat confused…

Interesting to hear the opinions of actual net long shareholders.

Lot of important things to discuss.

But I see a clown has entered the tent too, let the entertainment begin.

It is worth familiarising your self with Melvin Capital guy. He didn’t lose short selling against Reddit, he had lost that $7 billion on the 28 August 2020, he just didn’t realise for a while. Long before Reddit got involved. Long before the new chairman took charge 8 April 2021.

“It’s not a take over” said a clown on the 29 August 2020. The other guy bought some shares.

I know you Melvin Capital guy.

Detail on current opportunity is non existent so hard to say anything before see hard numbers

Other value
MAST - had a fair value put on it at 30p a share. KIBO stake - worth 30m at that price. Even at the 15p it got to was worth 15m

Blyvor - was meant to be worth 10m+ for KIBO

Haneti - similar

Coal projects - coal price going from $40 to $300 - there must be some value there

MCPP - same

The problem is that the current management FAILED to drive any of these forwards over the years, despite the many promises, 13+ backers etc etc

Your reasons for continuing to hold this share for such a long period must have changed considerably over the years - is there some other value outside of the current opportunity that I am not seeing?

Not sure where your obsession with shortsellers is coming from but only short sellers are the brokers that Kibo uses for its countless placings. I observed it way too many times, including the latest placing

And I don't know much about Melvin Capital apart from vague recollections of how they got screwed by the reddit meme brigade, while they were trying to screw them.

But shorting can be quite lucrative, as many shorters did quite well just before the GFC imploded with all the dodgy subrime mortgage bonds etc.
But also the payoff profile is asymmetric as everyone knows - limited gains and potentially unlimited losses

You think you can at the same time claim to be knowledgable about take overs and not know who Melvin Capital are? All the people who will be here after this relists know Melvin.

I know you Melvin Capital guy. And you know me.

Short sellers are going to burn.

Yaki how exactly am I a “fake” account?

Because I haven’t met you IRL at a LC fanboy gathering, or joined one of your “private”; investor groups where you share your “research̶1;?

Because you don’t like my POV?

Pathetic. You should perhaps broaden your intolerant mindset, you might learn something and save yourself a few pounds.

RTOK

Thanks for the detail.
On real accounts - there are many here and most of us met in person over the years

But also lots of fakes like the baked beans guy and few others. Obviously, I am sure you realise that with the timing of your appearance, your vigor posting across both bbs, raises many questions. And hence, taking what you say with a pinch or two of salt

Shareholder accumulating since late last year. Speculative position on M&A and/or narrative change potential from the valuation and changing energy landscape. It appears the majority of shareholders were here for mining rather than M&A, or energy exposure?

What is this RTOK moron ? Doesn't understand that there is no 'installed capacity' yet. Doesn't understand that it costs probably $50m to install. Doesn't understand that if costs part met by loans, they will have to be repaid. Keeps mentioning some 'Melvin Capital' entity. Doesn't explain who or what it is. Posts obsessively. Crawled out from under somewhere to come onto these threads It all points to an attention seeking child with mental issues.
