£10m from Close Bros will b to finance part of the plant. MAST will have to chip in as well, in addition to paying to buy the SPV's. Do you really think Close Bros is going to give £10m to MAST for free ?

"...Mast is going to come up soon for more cash" - true and is good that you are reading the rns they release! Waiting for the 10m or so from Close Brothers! lurker5 30 Nov '21 - 15:38 - 6572 of 6572 You can be sure Mast is going to come up soon for more cash - to pay upfront for its enormous 'pipeline' which the three caballeros (LC, Venter, and that other St Anderton bloke (not to mention Clear Capital and - "Hey ! WH Ireland") hoped wouldn't be noticed by Clear Capital's naive little ones, who thought 'growth' means growth in share price and not, what it will be, growth in numbers of shares. But I suppose we all have to learn of the wiley ways of this wicke

I do recall quite some fanfare when MAST came on the market, lots of wild speculation being made on LSE and some rather large porky pies being made by some “Twitteratti” that obviously had shares to shift. Never really seems to have gotten the markets attention, that’s normally because something is awry. Like when you see PR ahead of an inevitable placing, time after time.. rinse and repeat but the same stale bulls spout the same stale argument regardless. Oubliette.

'Or not' Frankandb - as they say ! And look up the 'prospectus' Yaki ! (You never seem able to put two and two together) The truth is that nobody knows. ('truth' ! ha !)

Oh come now Yaki you know how it works in the city, how long did it take for Shumba to inform the market that they had sold all of their holding in KIBO? Value will out as they say..

"... It is unreliably suspected that they baled because they knew the 12p 'float price' was a sham." So you think they managed sell 8m worth of shares?!? The natural question to ask is who to? A broker, another investor? And without crashing the share price?!? lurker5 30 Nov '21 - 11:39 - 6567 of 6567 Did anyone ask LC whether those St Anderton blokes (you know, the ones LC bought Bordersley and Mast from at a grossly inflated price back in 2018-9 (they're all pals from S Africa) and who WERE big Mast shareholders at its float and of whom Venter is still CEO? There were two large share transactions soon afterwards, suspiciously similar to those two shareholdings. But no announcement (not needed for a 'standard' list of course) about any change. It is unreliably suspected that they baled because they knew the 12p 'float price' was a sham. So I'm sure LC will know. (Or perhaps not ?)

Zero my last post it seems LSE has not updated on my screen, I can now see the latest. This one was very amusing! “ Why did all the researched & significant holders bail from this Kindergarten sheet zone? Read the last month of very desperate agenda non holding postings from the unaware outsider…! Oh what fun we have chatting about the same & pure naivety x” So where have all the posters from LSE gone? To some clandestine Twitter group to share their “research̶1; it seems, apart from the ones who have passed on, sold out or otherwise of course. Unaware outsiders - sometimes better to be on the outside looking in? I’m sure that those years of research and money down the toilet has paid off - handsomely!

"...who has never ever brought any project into revenue during his 11 year tenure on AIM " - agree there and hence we are at 0.2p and not 2p I would also add the disastrous placings over the last few years at sub 1p - pretty much criminal, in my view. This is why: -the attempt by BoD of Kibo to vastly increase auth shares was blocked -the 2 directors were not re elected Frankandbeans 29 Nov '21 - 14:32 - 6556 of 6556 From the MAST board may put some perspective on price activity here Yaki. “So the commentators on the Sunday Lunch podcast and Louis Coetzee cannot fathom why Kibo Energy 55% stake is worth on paper (note the wording 'on paper') £10.5m yet Kibo Energy is only valued at £6m, well knock me down with a feather, it is plainly obvious if KIBO started selling MAST shares the price would plummet hence the significant discount. I believe Lurker5 made this point ages ago. Apart from all that it appears good old Louis, who has never ever brought any project into revenue during his 11 year tenure on AIM, is simply spinning another yard wit

You can't even get the right 'point scorer' Mr B. Isn't that supposed to be your skill ?
