Lurker5 it seems to me that Broomfield are funding the next 25MW of Victoria Falls, acquiring 30% of KIBO and 15% of MAST without any dilution to them or spending a penny. I like these new owners and that as a future business model.

"What does lurker5 estimate Broomfields value to be, with revenue from 160MW of assets and 100MW+ project pipeline, compared with £4.8m KIBO ?"

I'll tell you soon ROTK. But first. What revenue ? What 160MW ? What 100MW pipeline ? They are all 'plans' are they not ? What will they cost ? What loans will benecessary if cost not met through issuing mega billions more Kibo shares ? Once built in ??? 2-4 years time, what net income after paying down the loans ? What interest rate on loans to a Zimbabwe company not allowed to remit profits out of the country ? What margin over interst will a mere gross 17.6% irr deliver ? What rating do you think UK investors will accord a co in Zimbbwe ? What a twerp you are.

I think you are about ready to strike windu, but you shouldn’t believe what Melvin told you about GME it was 30x smaller at this point in the story so a long way off a billion dollar stock.

Obviously I am speaking metaphorically. But as I say I’m the reasonable one. Tick tock. Tick tock.

RTOK has moved on to threats this afternoon I see? Malicious ones at that?

Though how anyone would find an instrument to short this is one thing, doing so at such a market cap would realise marginal gains at best, so no professional outfit would go near it, the risk reward isn’t in their favour, much bigger fish to short than little old KIBO.

But threats RTOK? Really? Uncalled for, take it on the chin.

“I can’t wait to pour petrol on you short selling clowns, you are going to burn.

You should know I’m the reasonable one, the others are savage. I won’t be sad when it starts.”

IMTB a young padowan searching for a place when all he needs is to wait to fulfill his destiny and turn to the dark side. I hate the feel of paper but if you don’t hold it someone else does, trouble calling a vote you say?, what happens when lurkers Santa clause comes to visit. Those Bloomfield and brownfield guys sound like they’ve been partying with Amber Herd let’s hope no one mistakes them for Broomfield.

what new owners? I didn't know it was a takeover?

If the new guys get their 2bln shares and there is another 1.5bln for the 7m placed, they will own 30%.

But then, as the Bloomfield guys are currently sued at the Zim High Court for x mln, they might use the shares and be responsible and pay what they owe in Zim?

Many will. Some like my friend Melvin will go further, convinced they are correct and that history will keep repeating. But like Melvin they will get burnt. The power of new owners, new leadership and refinancing.

However I will concede that on readmission the plan is for a max of five directors (that's positive) and at least two will be nominated by broomfield (I assume these will be broomfield people). This is a start. I do fear LC has sold his soul to save his skin. I also think many may look for an easy out on relist

Convertible instruments for directors fees and bridge loans? I’m sure you can think of a couple more with a little consideration?

So RTOK you are saying the turkeys are voting for Thanksgiving?

So RTOK you are claiming that based on information that’s not stated in the RNS but presumably you have sourced, that Broomfield are listing via KIBOs acquisition of a 100% stake in their subsidiary Brownhill, including all of the shareholder loan claims contained therin.

Because that was the easiest route to the markets.

Not via a cleaner shell for example.

Cough.
