Can you not answer the questions RTOK?

Similarly G4S cannot answer the ones posed to them either?

I wonder if in fact you are one and the same person.

Loans claims, very important. Being acquired with the share capital don’t you know. And factor Polysilcon prices increases in for construction of the next 75MW. Very important calculations to understand the value of the deal. Melvin, a talented individual, who knew everything about the share, other than it’s value.

I wll be posting my own calculations. Trouble is I can't post the spreadsheets on here to show the workings, but only the results. Making some realistic assumptions to fill LC's usual gaps, I can make them add up to quite low NPV's, which the dodgy 'analysts' LC has already wheeled on (ACF) are adept at boosting up to unrealistic levels to justify his stratospheric 'valuations'. Big unknowns are loan terms in Zimbabwe which I can't believe would be less than 10-12%. As also the appropriate discount rate for the NPV's, which in a dodgy jurisdiction has got to be over 12%, meaning NPVs are 1/2 those at the 8% used in better ones. You can bet that will be skated over in the 'listing' document.

The shareolder loans against Brownhill's (or Power Ventures) assets are probably funding for the capex already spent to get the 25MW running. Points to what will be needed (from other sources) to fund the remaining 75MW.

Once you have ousted the board with 10% of the vote - Who do you have lined up to replace them?
