More deflection I see.

Can’t it won’t answer the questions?

I doubt you even know yourself why you are still invested here, did you ever really know or did you just get caught up in the froth and got left holding the bag?

Oops.

Why don’t you answer the questions posed to you and stop deflecting?

I don’t think you have the first clue about investing, you just can’t admit that to yourself.

I thought you had me filtered? More lies? If you bothered to actually read my posts instead of frantically scrabbling to pose a retort direct at me personally, you would see that I pointed out that the account in question trolls the high riser board. I do not troll, and I certainly don’t flit from board to board trying to aggravate other posters in the anti social way that account does.

Your interest in my posting I is very unhealthy, perhaps try discussing the company and the matters at hand, instead of directing vitriol at posters because you don’t like what they are saying.

Facts and truth. Can’t argue with that.

YakiLaughing at both the lunacy & hypocrisy of Frankie Baby who just wrote this to you.- you dont have to hold shares in a company to have an opinion or to comment, or to have an interest -Yet only THIS MORNING wrote to a poster on his other agenda obsession @ NCCL you wouldn't know as you don't invest, you just troll the high risers boards because you really are that sad #CallADoctor #FruitLoop

RTOK. But you don't seem to understand that expanding by acquisition, rather than by organic growth, requires constant share dilution. Any company you know that is doing that ?

As I have said to your fellow private Twitter groupie gfors, you don’t have to hold shares in a company to have an opinion or to comment, or to have an interest.

Perhaps you should stop trying to berate posters on social media that don’t follow your groups blinkered “strong buy” mantra, and concentrate on the janky issues that are unfolding.

Imagine someone who holds no shares in KIBO but is the top poster on KIBO BBs, with multiple posts every day and all negative

Also with moniker Frankandbeans - and is neither frank nor has any beans.

What a deranged charlatan

Imagine if you will, someone that creates a new account with the moniker RTOK which we presume to be REVERSE TAKE OVEE KIBO, whilst the business is suspended from trading, and so their utmost to convince others on this board that black is most certainly not black, but white.

What a charlatan.

What an ignoramus you are RTOK. Do you know what 'power' projects are - as opposed to 'energy' businesses ? Do you know how they work ? Do you know that they are limited life no growth businesses ? Have you never heard of a large international power company which 'expands' by buying others but which, because those underlying businesses don't themselves grow, has a low market rating - even though classed as in the 'energy' sector ? Go away and find it, and work out why some parts of the energy sector are high growth / high rating and others are not. And don't keep spouting your ignorance on here.

Consider the price to book ratio ranges across the energy sector. Consider how PBR of the energy sector is moving compared with other sectors - Bp has written off £40b of assets since 2020 yet it’s market value has doubled. (£40b was its market cap in 2020)

Again though why do you assume change of leadership. I agree that a change can bring value it's what a lot of people want but this looks, feels and smells like an LC deal to save his skin not someone else coming in to remove him. You agree LC is a liability?

Yes - new ownership and leadership brings big changes in both the standards and premise of market value. Kibo will be worth much more than the sale value of it assets less it debts. Consider the delta of the markets valuation from being able to continue as a going concern, the geopolitics and future revenue expectations accounting for use of the assets rather than exchange value.
Situations where valuations move from NPV and asset based approaches to market based have huge potential.

RTOK who do you think out up the initial capital?

Any ideas?

Hint hint shareholder loan claims.

Where’s the rest of the capital coming from.

You really are thick aren’t you.

So you think Kibo will be worth £80m by end August do you Mr RTOK ? And another £53m soon after. Jusr remind us. Market cap now £4.8m. Raising $7m by end July. Receiving up to £120m from Santa Claus - when that will be ? I must have missed it.
