Because your statement is flawed.

This isn’t a RTO in the traditional sense but it does constitute a RTO under AIM rule 14.

This does not mean that the target asset is taking over KIBO.

There will be gross dilution.

There will be consolidation.

The asset will not have control.

Based on information contained within the RNS.

As I see it -

Now yaki has c 5% of:
KIBO which the markets value at £4.8m

In the future yaki has c 2.34% of:
KIBO which the markets value at £4.8m
£7m cash from placing
Victoria falls solar project

The real value isn’t in tangible assets though - it’s in what new ownership, leadership and refinancing does for future performance and how strongly that effects market valuation.

No because your pears and lemons analogy was a garbled mess.

If you disagree with my elaboration for yaki of how a 5% shareholder is affected please offer an alternative example.

Because only LTH opinions matter?

Says someone who created an account on this board just to spread false information a matter of days ago.

Claiming there’s shorters active.

Misrepresenting the facts from the official RNS.

I’m not sure what your angle is but you seem highly motivated to encourage buyers.

Be interesting to hear the opinions of actual net long shareholders.

RTOK have you stopped and asked yourself yet if perhaps, just perhaps, you are the one the one that have gotten your wires crossed here, instead of every other user on this board that can see the deal for what it is, and it’s not what you are portraying it as.

“ The Transaction constitutes a reverse takeover transaction pursuant to AIM Rule 14”

That doesn’t say it’s RTO as you are making out.

Embarrassing.

And if everything goes as planned,
£10m at 0.5p to Broomfield, and
£7m at 0.5p from placing,

Broomfield will own just over 30%.

Can you ellaborate as I honestly can't see the attraction of this deal.

Usual woolly, lack of details etc announcements.

In my books, Kibo is RTO ing (as per rules as 10m is more than market cap of Kibo at the time)

And I am not short but own c5% of Kibo.

If you are genuinely not net short on this, then stop and think about that paragraph for a minute before you continue with your analysis.

Kibo acquires brownhill from broomfield in exchange for a stake in KIBO

This isn’t LC acquiring Brownhill.

This is Broomfield acquiring KIBO.

When trading resumes the ‘price tag’ is what Broomfield has paid for KIBO.

Yawn.
Same tosh from stale old bulls.
Nothing more to bring to the table.
Sad but true, how long are you going to persist in lying to yourselves?
Everyone else can see it, why can’t you.

Ha ha, made me laugh

Frankandbeans 3 May '22 - 09:06 - 8859 of 8860

This stock really attracts the nut jobs.

I can see this remaining suspended I defiantly, hey perhaps there will be aggressive takeover bid by the shorters to save their own bacon, I mean it shouldn’t cost that much huh?

Delusional.

I know you.

Still confounding what is important. This changed in November. You still don’t realise by how much.

It going to be expensive buying that stock back.
