Lamlasher having got the measure of Hardy from Think Action forums he probably means either it was more than 5K or the money came from Lawley's company so technically it wasnt Lawley who did the loan.

When talking about character assessments look in the mirror AB.

CJ was seriously 'taken in' by Calderbank after months of talking several times every day to him and also meeting up regularly. Even though my good auld mate Ted Wilkes passionately warned CJ on countless occasions of Calderbank's major flaws.
CJ was also 'taken in' by Onder even though numerous well intentioned shareholders warned CJ at several points in time over many years of Onder's major flaws.

In both cases CJ chose to ignore any genuine advice given to him.
And everyone knows what Calderbank & Onder got up to.

The odd time I've predicted something might materialise has always been said/posted in good faith. The fact that it may not have actually happened has been because of circumstances being totally outwith my control. If you want to make fun of that (as opposed to answering my more relevant JAG/JUS member/shareholder questions) then so be it. But, it surely says much about you that you do?

Yes, all imho that it seems to me that the hard evidence is rather compelling that we JAG/JUS members/shareholders were seriously shafted and seriously misled with those fund raising exercises.

Again, I'm happy to ask you to provide any plausible views and evidence to the contrary. As before, I wont hold my breath waiting for any meaningful response.

Hi folks i came here from the action group website, after googling Think & Mark Hardy. i cant read 23K posts can someone tell me briefly whats happened since the last Think blog update in June 08, has our money gone? Does anyone know yet whos Mark Hardy and how did he come to Think? whats his relationship to Indigo Film&TV? Cheers.

Why don't you read BH's accounts and then try and get hold of GEICO and Gen Re's accounts (clue: no longer available since 2008 - why?).

As for KPMG, just ask them what is going on. They might not choose to tell you because it is me versus them - no corporates.

Okay, so he's failed to achieve much, if anything (save put a great deal of facts & evidence of wrong doing out into the public domain for all us shafted shareholders to see & judge).

At least he's tried to obtain some justice. And the fat lady springs to mind...
And, at least he's never tried to have us part with any of our money on the back of misleading/shafting us.
