16/11/2009 10:29 | Extremely interesting reading on TSAG! As always! It seems Mr Hardy thinks people cannot read a court transcript, be warned though, the squirming is cringing to read! AB | abarclayman
15/11/2009 14:54 | i will check for proof off the loan . | gartshore
15/11/2009 14:16 | Or it wasnt a loan at all it was payment for.. | gilsey
15/11/2009 14:08 | Lamlasher having got the measure of Hardy from Think Action forums he probably means either it was more than 5K or the money came from Lawley's company so technically it wasnt Lawley who did the loan. | gilsey
14/11/2009 14:42 | if Lawley hates you so much why did he give you a loan of 5k ? | lamlasher
14/11/2009 14:41 | gone pretty quiet Hardy . | lamlasher
10/11/2009 14:03 | come on kiddoman give us some off your patter . | gartshore
07/11/2009 16:01 | so Hardy is predicting the downfall off Warren Buffet what a larf from the eccentric daydreamer who has ran more failed companies than anyone i know , whose next on his list Bill Gates ? | gartshore
06/11/2009 10:28 | When talking about character assessments look in the mirror AB. CJ was seriously 'taken in' by Calderbank after months of talking several times every day to him and also meeting up regularly. Even though my good auld mate Ted Wilkes passionately warned CJ on countless occasions of Calderbank's major flaws. CJ was also 'taken in' by Onder even though numerous well intentioned shareholders warned CJ at several points in time over many years of Onder's major flaws. In both cases CJ chose to ignore any genuine advice given to him. And everyone knows what Calderbank & Onder got up to. The odd time I've predicted something might materialise has always been said/posted in good faith. The fact that it may not have actually happened has been because of circumstances being totally outwith my control. If you want to make fun of that (as opposed to answering my more relevant JAG/JUS member/shareholder questions) then so be it. But, it surely says much about you that you do? | billy connolly
06/11/2009 10:10 | Doh! Would that be 5 weeks from last Wednesday?!! Be honest old boy, do you think your objectivity has been hindered by your confession that you want to 'wipe the smirk off Mr Jones face'. Whether or not he has one doesn't matter of course! AB | abarclayman
06/11/2009 09:50 | .......and you & gart have a nice weekend. Try and forget about this saga for another 5 weeks would be my friendly advice. Take it, or leave it - as you choose. | billy connolly
06/11/2009 09:43 | ....by the way.....how's the 'investigation' you mentioned yonks ago that the OR was carrying out? Did she find anything illegal done by Hardy? Pound to a penny says she didn't. The web we weave in order to deceive, eh? | billy connolly
06/11/2009 09:39 | ABarclayman Talking of cats & tongues - see you still haven't answered my previous simple straightforward JAG/JUS member/shareholder related question as c&p'd again below. If you're still too shy to do so - how about having the balls to confirm or not if 'ABarclayman' is a pseudonym used by Chris Jones? Yet, another one created. ++++++++++++++++++++ ++++++++++++++++++++ Billy Connolly - 26 Oct'09 - 10:56 - 23242 Billy Connolly - 16 Oct'09 - 14:01 - 23232 AB Yes, all imho that it seems to me that the hard evidence is rather compelling that we JAG/JUS members/shareholders were seriously shafted and seriously misled with those fund raising exercises. Again, I'm happy to ask you to provide any plausible views and evidence to the contrary. As before, I wont hold my breath waiting for any meaningful response. ++++++++++++++++++++ ++++++++++++++++++++ C'mon ABarclayman - don't be shy. Why don't you respond? | billy connolly
06/11/2009 09:13 | The cat has got the old boys tongue! Funny that after all the wind and piddle from Mr Hardy and his little helper! AB | abarclayman
02/11/2009 17:40 | whats the latest Mr Hardy you must be grasping at short straws by now . | gartshore
01/11/2009 11:40 | Hi folks i came here from the action group website, after googling Think & Mark Hardy. i cant read 23K posts can someone tell me briefly whats happened since the last Think blog update in June 08, has our money gone? Does anyone know yet whos Mark Hardy and how did he come to Think? whats his relationship to Indigo Film&TV? Cheers. | gilsey
29/10/2009 21:23 | Oh Dear AB (aka CJ) Why don't you read BH's accounts and then try and get hold of GEICO and Gen Re's accounts (clue: no longer available since 2008 - why?). As for KPMG, just ask them what is going on. They might not choose to tell you because it is me versus them - no corporates. | 4237_rides_again
29/10/2009 11:52 | Okay, so he's failed to achieve much, if anything (save put a great deal of facts & evidence of wrong doing out into the public domain for all us shafted shareholders to see & judge). At least he's tried to obtain some justice. And the fat lady springs to mind... And, at least he's never tried to have us part with any of our money on the back of misleading/shafting us. | billy connolly
29/10/2009 11:15 | 'Mark my words!'? Oh dear. Famous last words ringing in our ears old boy! "JUST" like the zillions you were going to get back from Kpmg! And the zillions you were going to get on wastrels.co.uk when you told everyone to 'watch this space'! And we read it here first! Doh! Ever thought about getting a living out of supporting comics like Lee Evans? You'll just need to improve your timing, apart from that you should earn a crust! AB | abarclayman |
