Posted at 31/5/2022 21:54 by briwatt Emailed the trustee and told them about all the money Hardy stole from JUS and fled to France with. Hopefully they will be able to trace his assets and confiscate them. I suggest everyone does the same. |

So, I'll probably heed his advice. MikePStevens - if you could still oblige reference my request in 2697 above (and confirm) that would as I say make life easier. If not, then so be it......and regardless......I still will, along with some other shareholders, be making a personal appearance at/to CJ's "local Cop Shop". The reason for which will be crystal clear at the time. But unfortunately the time is not now - and realistically wont be for several months. Matter/backdrop outside of my control. But it will happen. Nothing surer. |

They will continue simply to remove any post that is in breach of their terms & conditions. I also suspect the same material will simply re-appear on here. Albeit for a short time until ADVFN remove. C'est la vie. Yawn, yawn. With regards to more interesting matters - it really would be good to have some sort of closure on this saga. Has anyone heard anything from the Official Receiver or The Liquidators? ABarclayman Not sure anyone, anymore is the slightest bit interested in the outcome of whether or not Hardy has paid CJ's legal team's fees over the private prosecution Hardy pursued against Jones. Certainly not genuine ordinary original JUS shareholders. |

How sad is that?The CMR website will only tell you what every CMR shareholder already knew this time last year!!! The point of course I was making was in respect of CJ's "I will share pertinent information at an appropriate time" and 9 months later absolutely nowt further. JUS postings & thread headers all over again from yesteryears. BTW, gartshore's the LAST person to mention attention to detail & credibility. He's consistently over the years shown on here how (i) he doesn't even know the difference between "off" and "of" and (ii) he avoids offering any explanation(s) regarding his other mate Shukri and the many alleged fraudulent misrepresentations & forgeries etc. |

That aint a criminal offence!!! Far, far from it. I've never said I've got things right or my opinions are right. But I've never had a sensible or meaningful contradictory view expressed about them. Now, why is that? I am not particularly a supporter of Hardy per se. Said so on numerous occasions. But you keep on believing different if it makes you feel less guilty. If Hardy's done owt wrong or illegal then he should be prosecuted. No, my beef is seeing some justice for all those JAG/JUS members/shareholders who got misled and shafted over those two flawed fundraising exercises. Simples. Sorry if that explanation bores you. Still, you've got your grandkids to looks after and how they marvel at how brilliant Jellies is. Pity you didn't post that or anything else on here in 2003, or 04, or 05, or 06, or 07, or 08 for that matter. |
