Posted at 21/2/2015 00:18 by bscuit I was looking to spread the risk from the Dow and believe smaller companies perform better, but I do note that since I created the thread the price appears to have sagged. I had decided to monitor for a period before investing. |
Posted at 20/9/2010 13:59 by tippyex Right - I've just had a telephone conversation with my solicitor and he's instructed me not to post again on the JUS threads on ADVFN. So, I'll probably heed his advice. MikePStevens - if you could still oblige reference my request in 2697 above (and confirm) that would as I say make life easier. If not, then so be it......and regardless......I still will, along with some other shareholders, be making a personal appearance at/to CJ's "local Cop Shop". The reason for which will be crystal clear at the time. But unfortunately the time is not now - and realistically wont be for several months. Matter/backdrop outside of my control. But it will happen. Nothing surer. |

They will continue simply to remove any post that is in breach of their terms & conditions. I also suspect the same material will simply re-appear on here. Albeit for a short time until ADVFN remove. C'est la vie. Yawn, yawn. With regards to more interesting matters - it really would be good to have some sort of closure on this saga. Has anyone heard anything from the Official Receiver or The Liquidators? ABarclayman Not sure anyone, anymore is the slightest bit interested in the outcome of whether or not Hardy has paid CJ's legal team's fees over the private prosecution Hardy pursued against Jones. Certainly not genuine ordinary original JUS shareholders. |

Just 'cause I rarely have the inclination these days to even read this thread, let alone post on it, don't mean I've vanished into thin air pal. Indeed if I didn't have several other share investments I almost certainly wouldn't even bother to generally log onto ADVFN. That's the simple straightforward reality of the situation - but of course that explanation wont suit your vivid imagination whilst you and your couple of cyber mates regularly post away drivel on here & I suspect on CJ's corrupt website too. I appreciate plumbing can't facilitate an exciting life, but surely this saga offers little alternate interest anymore? Go on....travel....take up a sport.....a hobby....do some charity work.......do something.....anythi As for Hardy...since when did he become a POW???? Glass houses springs to mind about attention to detail. Same goes for CJ who I can clearly show evidence that details different fact on his email correspondence to what is contained in signed witness statement of his. FWIW haven't got a clue if Hardy's vanished into thin air. Have had no contact with the man in ages. Suspect you've probably had contact with him since I last had. "Theft. Pure & Simple. End Off". |

How sad is that?The CMR website will only tell you what every CMR shareholder already knew this time last year!!! The point of course I was making was in respect of CJ's "I will share pertinent information at an appropriate time" and 9 months later absolutely nowt further. JUS postings & thread headers all over again from yesteryears. BTW, gartshore's the LAST person to mention attention to detail & credibility. He's consistently over the years shown on here how (i) he doesn't even know the difference between "off" and "of" and (ii) he avoids offering any explanation(s) regarding his other mate Shukri and the many alleged fraudulent misrepresentations & forgeries etc. |

As my old commodity chums used to say, "PFM" or for the likes of you, "Pure ..ing Magic" You forget I and many others met "his" lot with Stephens & Co many times in Omaha in the mid '80s and none of us in the insurance world would touch him with a bargepole. Following on from his initial successful investment portfolio work, the one thing he got right was the acquisition of GEICO and that is what has set him up to run the most successful "near Ponzi" scheme of all time - aka "send me your money and you'll never see it again - but you can always sell the piece of paper I am giving you if you can find another mug". "Oh and by the way if it all works out I am going to make myself the perceived most succesful investor in the world on the back of your money you will never ever see again". GEICO, run by the best underwriters etc, gave him the excuse to con investors with the word "float" that he could invest, when actually it was only compounded non-payment of dividends. Run the numbers on his permitted dividends and then ask yourself what is the difference between Buffett and AIG except timing! Why has his share price substantially lagged the indexes for more than a year? Because people are finally waking upto the "shell game" he has been successfully running for 20 years. Nice work if you can get it. Berkshire Hathaway is a "busted flush" waiting to be exposed. |

YOU WERE THE ONLY ONE EVER TO SAY THAT ;-) But there again, I don't claim to be representing anyone "for & on behalf of". How's it going on that corrupt website called JAG or TAG or TSAG or whatever it's called these days? One BB on this fiasco not enough for you then? EDIT: Somewhat off topic.....but if anyone out there was prepared to take a risk (minimal one imho) to recoup their original JUS investment they might consider having a look at Landore Resources (Epic: LND). Please do as much research as you can but I think you'll find that funding is not an issue as any fund raising is done by the directors themselves and/or the likes of Packer Jnr (one of the wealthiest guys on the planet). There are major resource updates scheduled within the next quarter and it could be they will either announce to go into production or be bought out. Either way it's a win/win imho. Have invested several times in this share for over 3 years now (when it was 7-8p ish). share price might possibly drop back in the short-term from today's price, but long term 9-12 months it looks a multi bagger (conservatively 3 to 4 times current SP). This is NOT a ramp. DYOR as always. But I think this share may offer a substantial return on any investment made. I can see no downside except shares trade on AIM which can at times be a bit of a lottery in itself. But LND is well managed by experienced team with a proven track record and operates in a relatively stable country like Canada. You can slag me off big time this time next year - or I'll brag about how much I've made and how much you could have made !!!! |
