No, Mr ABarclayman - not opinion, nor innuendo, nor even speculation.
Bare faced facts and evidence of cowardly criminal activity against several shareholders at their homes and place of work. And with further new evidence recently I think it's about time the local Royal Berkshire plod had their card marked.

But there again, I do sympathise with you as you've always seemed to be unable to differentiate between fact and fiction.

Where was Mambo5 in 2003 and 2004 and 2005 - was he helping CJ then - during his years of silence?
Seems to me stacks of wrong doing went on right under CJ's very nose when he was Head Honcho with JAG.

And, I really don't care one jot what prior activity or association you have me down for with or without Hardy. As it is all simply a highly convenient figment of your vivid imagination - regardless. Trust me on that one.

......and finally just to add.....I aint in contact with Hardy these days.....but I heard through a 3rd party to expect confirmation of some form of class action by the end of the week.

I wont hold my breath though. But will simply wait & see.

What a load of auld fanny ABarclayman.

To the best of my knowledge & understanding, nobody but nobody has prevented anyone helping CJ get to the bottom of matters. Quite the opposite in fact, as over many years loads of posters/shareholders have tried to obtain various explanations from CJ on here and elsewhere - without success.

What is astonishing is the clear deceit and secret squirrel activity, not to mention the apparent denial of cowardly criminal activity against several shareholders at their homes and place of work by way of continued association and/or collaboration with such criminal activity.
If you and/or Mambo5 think that I'm going on a history lesson to Windsor then you are sadly mistaken. The evidence (nomatter how circumstantial) imho is substantial and convincing, particularly with what has come out of the woodwork very recently. But I'm happy to leave all that to the Police to decide as and when.

......and lest we ever forget......... when Hardy first arrived on the scene CJ was still claiming to hold office to the JAG organisation..... as well as claiming to be representing JAG members.
JAG = a wholly disgraced and arguably corrupt organisation, and yet it took Hardy to bring those irrevocable facts & evidence to our attention.
Why Hardy? Why not the JAG 'Head Honcho' ?

Classaction theres nothing remotely astonishing that shareholders should be helping CJ get to the bottom of things! Its no different to some of the silly wastrels helping Mark Hardy, the ones with egg on their face now trying not to look stupid but fighting a losing battle!

In view of your nick name have you ever actually been involved in any class actions. Can you shed some light for us old timers in the dark what ever happened to the CFA lawyers again only its gone very quiet and got very dull on here again.

That's an astonishing admission. Now I'm probably not as smart as Mr Connolly so perhaps you could enlighten me as to exactly why you were given that username and password to use. I presume you are suggesting that the account is no longer in use by CJ and his family and they have passed it on to you? Are you incapable of creating your own account?

Like jonny99, I had read for sometime prior to posting. I am not MH. In fact I would take MH to task on the attempt to strike off (if it had been granted), and at a later date reinstated by a later objection from say CJ, or whoever, the cost to the public purse would be far greater than the course CJ took!

Now we have insolvency, is the OR obliged to communicate with all 55,000 investors/CVA backers/creditors?

We know the answer to that don't we.

Matters open are £300K escrow, monies afforded maybe illegally to CJ, Cotter, Rose, Downs & Son, Calderbank.

Forget the Shorrocks, they have been bancrupted, easy when you know who! Nothing to do with Gartsite, he wouldn't have a clue!

Main point is, will GOS/JAG donate to GOS? rather than to themselves?

My money would go to above being Gordon Kidd. Simply because he is so panicy about his part in the stalking incident which the magistrates court found Hardy to have acted maliciously.

Ever since the court case which hardy was thrown out we had the same straw clutching, panic stricken, headless chicken type of posts designed to somehow take attention away from his part in Hardy's criminal activities.

It will just lead to digging a bigger hole for himself and Hardy. BTW is Hardy back in hiding ? What has happened to the court case against him for non payment of CJ's expenses ? Hardy should go to prison for contempt if he does not follow the court's instructions again. Shame Kidd has managed to flee the country just at the last second otherwise he would be in the same situation.

Can I take the lack of any response as being confirmation that you actually are CJ or Mrs J?
Like I say, it isn't that important to me - if it was (or the Police @ Windsor decide that it is when I visit them) then no doubts it will be a simple task for the Police to establish via ADVFN.com.

I'm just genuinely taken aback at the content of your acknowledgement on here vis-a-vis Acelogic (aka Ali Onder). Not to forget what has apparently been generally allowed to be posted on the TSAG website and Acelogic's own contribution to that website since its inception and also when he was defacing it several years later. And his recent postings.
But what I'm particularly concerned about is all the criminal activity against many individuals who are/were original JAG members and/or JUS shareholders at their homes and place of work and elsewhere. Of course, as you well know (as it has been brought directly to your notice by many people), such criminal activity has been going on since 2002 and been fairly consistent through the years including the most recent during 2009.

For once, I think I kinda agree with what gartshore (aka Michael O'Neil) once had to say :-

......care to confirm or deny what someone (who was fairly closeish to the action & CJ back in 2002) recently posted to me.
Not important - just curious like :-

"Mambo5 was on advfn in 2002 if you look back he started a thread questions to the chairman - CJ registered mambo5 in his wife's name - fact."

EDIT 12/08/09 - suspect the word 'in' is missing from the above statement and should read - "......he started in a thread........"
