Aye, you could well be right there.

Seems to me both have shareholders' interests in the low priority category.
However, in fairness, one's never claimed anything else and yet perversely he's the one who we have had to rely upon for most of the facts & evidence of how we've been shafted out of our money.
Whereas the other has long claimed to be Mr for & on behalf of JAG/shareholders yet has publically told us very little over the years and has largely hidden behind various nicks and mouthpieces. And, of course what little has been said has highly suspiciously (imho) all come after Hardy's PofA appointment.

Maybes that's all we deserve for being so gullible in the first place?

I expect Mark Hardy is having to think about where he has gone so wrong in all his other lost court cases which is why its taking months to write the swift letter to JAG members!

In addition it is being copied as part of the formal complaints to (i) HM Revenue & Customs and (ii) the Regulators of those of you who are members of any of The Association of Authorised Public Accountants, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and/or the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales and who are being reported for gross professional misconduct and/or other breach of applicable rules of professional conduct or code of ethics. Further it is being circulated to members of JAG by means of publication on the "TSAG" website owned and operated by Christopher Jones ("JONES"), and by email to those persons whom I know to be an original member of JAG with a request that they forward it to other members. Copies are also being provided to the liquidators of JUST and Think Entertainment plc ("THINK").

So if hardy got a loan/bribe from Lawley in exchange for our assets and cleaned the company safe, does that not mean he has stolen funds meant for GOSH ? And I wonder how much of it ended up in Gordon Kidd's pocket who suddenly had to do a runner to Africa ?

thats'd make sense ace, he's certainly on a guilt trip of some sort for sure, what with all his slimey creepy pretence that he now suddenly cares about shareholders to try and win us over just cos of the sh*t he's got himself in. it'd make sense that he knows the money he stole off us through lawley shoulve gone to gt ormond street hospital which is why he feels guilty and is trying to blame jag etc to ease his guilt. he's even spoke of lawley and the money which shouldve gone to gosh.

Well MH is using jag and Gt.O.S as a sick smoke screen for something, that we do know. Lets all hope the Receiver finds out and very soon so the reason become clear.
