ABarclayman,

Don't tell me that you think there was a ray of sunshine operating amongst all these cowboys, who exactly do you have in mind?

BC alas my dear chap, i havent changed my username but if i ever need to, do you feel you of all people are qualified to advise me?!

As for "CJ's army" armed with the truth and the law on his side, records show your former leader was plainly incapable of understanding the law and obviously way out of his depth. Not the impression he gave us when he went in all guns blazing - unfortunately at his feet!! We can certainly rely on you to add a twist of lemon, you never let the readers down on that score! Don't think it is I who should have the name forked tongue!

When it's time to change your nick again - can I suggest 'Forked Tongue' would be apt?

Hardy not answering questions?
Jones has made an art form of that over many years. Just read the countless unanswered straightforward JAG/shareholder related questions put to him (by me & many others) on the ADVFN thread he started.
As MikePStevens once arrogantly posted (as CJ's then spokesperson?) - CJ didn't owe anyone any explanation about anything. Says it all, doesn't it? But there again - MPS thought the Eversheds Report and the fact that prospective CVA investors/shareholders weren't told about it was "a red herring". That says a lot too.

Hardy has only 'lost' one prime case against CJ over the £40,000 payment. As I said recently it surely was hardly British justice in action that Hardy couldn't even present his case in person against CJ's army of lawyers & barristers. And let's face it - how many honest, genuine shareholders think the same as gartshore that the £40,000 payment was "theft. pure & simple. end of" ?

wOnder if the OR thinks the same as gartshore and the JL did?

Peak9 youre entitled to your opinion old chap, but we have different views.

Smokescreen & Mirrors.

You are paranoid about Mr Jones, you imply every poster who questions you is he! Still, after losing so many court cases against him and as he exposed your lies to judges, it's no wonder.* I see you didn't answer my questions about your pal Lawley or Indigo. Now there's a surprise.

(NB.* before 4237/Smoke and Mirrors aka many others names complains to ADVFN, I'm only quoting fact based on published witness statements and reported court judgments).

Hi Peak - glad to hear it. Communities need thriving local fitba clubs imho.
Awrabest.

AB - if "classic" means me speaking/posting the truth, then so be it. But I assure you I don't need to disentangle myself from anything or anyone - be it this sorry saga or owt else for that matter. And of course I never said that Hardy had conned me. But a few, judging from their posts, on here over the years clearly seem to think I have.

ref pseudonyms - pot/kettle & black springs to mind. I suspect only Ali Onder has registered more times with ADVFN than CJ over the years.

"piggies"?

Anyway to give you my "buffet" tip - HZM where my SIPP is fully stuffed around 8p and I met and liked Peter Boycott of APF many times many years ago. My SIPP's other holdings (that I'm going to tell you about) are entirely shares in companies where KPMG are the auditors -wOnder why and so do they!

ABarclayman,

You're right, I don't keep a track of events. However, I'm sure you will agree, the shareholders have been taken for a serious ride by ALL involved.

Forgot to respond to your point on "Strictly".

Its just getting more and more silly with Z list poseurs.

Perhaps we should ask Warren to run it instead of Brucie! They do look a bit alike after all.

Why don't you print the email in your possession?

The only difference between Buffett and Madoff is that the latter said he would refund the money on request, whereas Buffett said send me your money, I will never pay you any income but I will give you a piece of paper you can sell to somebody else at whatever price they will give you for it.

As my old commodity chums used to say, "PFM" or for the likes of you, "Pure ..ing Magic"

You forget I and many others met "his" lot with Stephens & Co many times in Omaha in the mid '80s and none of us in the insurance world would touch him with a bargepole.

Following on from his initial successful investment portfolio work, the one thing he got right was the acquisition of GEICO and that is what has set him up to run the most successful "near Ponzi" scheme of all time - aka "send me your money and you'll never see it again - but you can always sell the piece of paper I am giving you if you can find another mug". "Oh and by the way if it all works out I am going to make myself the perceived most succesful investor in the world on the back of your money you will never ever see again".

GEICO, run by the best underwriters etc, gave him the excuse to con investors with the word "float" that he could invest, when actually it was only compounded non-payment of dividends. Run the numbers on his permitted dividends and then ask yourself what is the difference between Buffett and AIG except timing!

Why has his share price substantially lagged the indexes for more than a year? Because people are finally waking upto the "shell game" he has been successfully running for 20 years. Nice work if you can get it.

Berkshire Hathaway is a "busted flush" waiting to be exposed.

You are questioning one of the most successful investors of all time, don't think it's "his" alleged grubby dealing people are interested in! BTW, whats wrong with Strictly Come Dancing? and what copy email are you referring to? It'd seem from your spin that you've sent out another missive aka red herring for the funds taken out of Think by you, put there courtesy of your friend at Indigo. Or did the funds go straight to you? Guess we'll just have to await the Official Receiver to conclude his investigation for the truth.

Smoke and Mirrors has been around for ages and was originally aimed at exposing Warren Buffett's bizarre accounting in US insurance companies and "his" grubby dealings through Gen Re and AIG. Just read the posts.

I'm not paranoid about CJ, I just want his and his 2 Downs cronies cheques to Great Ormond Street - as you well know from the copy email in your grubby little paws. Will they hand the cheques over by Monday - for reasons you know all about? I doubt it, but Hope Springs Eternal.

By the way, how many handles does CJ have on this BB?

"And I get slagged off for being conned by Hardy when the reality is that I've only spoken to Hardy no more than 3 times in total since his appointment 4 years ago!"

Classic! Only Mr Connolley could come up with that line to disentagle him from Mr Hardy's web. At least he admits he's been conned!

It's very interesting to see Mr Hardy back with yet another pseudonym and paranoid as ever about Mr Jones! One must assume that the former still hasn't had the decency to cough up the money he owes to the latter or, more to the point, is worried about the reports, obviously 100% accurate, of purjury by Smoke and Mirrors in Cambridge! Keep it coming chaps!

Must admit I don't quite know who'll read that copy mail as making sense (or not making sense). Nor if CJ is quaking in his boots or not. Who cares about that?

But I most certainly did see some irony in the content of the mail, especially CJ's seemingly proud, close working relationship with Calderbank "we have also met very regularly and/or spoken several times a day on all matters". Several times a day eh? (Didn't GC have at best an unimpressive business history? And wasn't he apparently recovering from some sort of nervous breakdown at the time?) And I get slagged off for being conned by Hardy when the reality is that I've only spoken to Hardy no more than 3 times in total since his appointment 4 years ago!!!!! And I've never been paid a single penny and/or claimed to represent anyone!! And compare the tone of CJ's mail to what Calderbank (via NU & the BOD) told us wastrels not too much later in that 9 page letter/update/report to s/holders shortly after all the CVA money was safely banked.

Also seems to me the timing of the mail has an irony attached to it too. Forms for s/holders to actually vote on the CVA hadn't even been prepared/printed, let alone voted on, yet CJ is lining up £40,000 for himself from the CVA money. And it surely had to be the CVA money, cause remember, CJ was constantly bleating to us around that time about there wasn't enough funds left in the JAG kitty for more than a limited mail shot to JAG members.

Makes perfect sense to me too.

CJ was soliciting CVA contributions - as a director - in breach of all rules and regulations that he was obliged to disclose all material knowledge in his possession - viz. the Eversheds report in full detail (and that is a lawyers opinion). Criminal offence.

After some of your recent posts I know how difficult it must be for you to differentiate between fact & fiction.

You say "all your chats & emails with Mr Hardy".
If not your usual mislead or a lie - then certainly that is pure fiction to use the word 'all'.
The reality is I have met, spoken to, and emailed less than Michael O'Neil with Hardy since his appointment.

When Hardy arrived on the scene back in 2005 there was a skeleton of a Company IMHO, save the creditors and the EDI monies.
I never took the view then, nor now, that Hardy's appointment was (by popular view) to "put the final nail in Think's coffin and hide all the evidence of wrong doing".
A couple of years down the line and with EDI matters not resolved in was inevitable where Think was heading. I really don't understand your point, and certainly not your reasoning. Apart from it being highly convenient win/win argument you present.

I see your mate Ali Onder aka Acelogic from the corrupt TSAG site has made his predictable 'appearance' as soon as ADVFN's office is closed for the weekend. What about some FREE PORN adverts with my old home contact details being provided where the porn can be sourced? If not from my daughter, then from Hardy's wife?

Right - it REALLY is me on here until Monday when I'll hope to see some of my shares show blue in colour!!

Mr Connolly

you must know in all your chats and emails with Mr Hardy what he did with the money he (or technically Think, ho ho) got from Indigo for the Jellies, a brilliant prog, my grand kids love it.

Why havent you let us know old boy? its no wonder the artful dodger was so desperate to get Think struck off! And when it wasnt, well thats another chapter! Love it!
