09/10/2009 16:45 | Hi Peak FWIW the way I see it is Hardy HAS felt quite a number of collars. Trouble is he aint been able to convert that into any successful prosecutions (to date). Why is that? I honestly don't know - the evidence seems quite compelling imho. Maybe Hardy simply isn't up to the task. Hasn't got the ability or expertise or the proper financial funds to source it. At times he's irritated & frustrated the hell out of me in equal measure. But I find it hard to criticise him as he could easily throw it back in my face and ask me what the eff practically I've ever done to bring anyone to justice. And the answer is sod all. Seems also to me every time he's in the courtrooms he's fighting heavy weight 'Premier League' barristers. Even when he took that relatively trivial case against Jones to the courts he apparently wasn't allowed to present his case and/or dispute anything. Even against what could be only described as a 'Legal Team' of both barristers & lawyers. Hardly seems fair or British Justice for you that he couldn't even present his case - but there you are, as just one example. Maybe some new action is afoot? He certainly doesn't seem to be going away. Not sure what alternative genuine shareholders have other than to see if any future action he takes gives them any degree of satisfaction. Only time (yet more time !!) will tell on that I guess. Have a nice wee weekend Peak - see your fitba team still going nowhere fast LOL. Can't you persuade some wealthy NONDOM to invest? | billy connolly

08/10/2009 21:37 | 4237, This has been going on for over 8 years, we've seen the original management scuttle away, we've seen GOS and their advisors with their snouts in the trough, yet all remain without charge. Will you prove to be a good'un? | peakk9
08/10/2009 21:23 | "Loads" - as someone else would say! What prompts your question? What have you seen in the last 24 hours that most others haven't? | 4237_rides_again
08/10/2009 20:45 | 4237, The bankers still haven't had their collars' felt, what's happening? Edit - In terms of your fees and X's, how much have you received to date and how much remains outstanding? | peakk9

07/10/2009 15:16 | ABarclayman It's even further below the belt to suggest that I'm implying that 4237 ever said owt about "promised claim" via CFA lawyers and it being "funded by the wastrels". YOU WERE THE ONLY ONE EVER TO SAY THAT ;-) But there again, I don't claim to be representing anyone "for & on behalf of". How's it going on that corrupt website called JAG or TAG or TSAG or whatever it's called these days? One BB on this fiasco not enough for you then? EDIT: Somewhat off topic.....but if anyone out there was prepared to take a risk (minimal one imho) to recoup their original JUS investment they might consider having a look at Landore Resources (Epic: LND). Please do as much research as you can but I think you'll find that funding is not an issue as any fund raising is done by the directors themselves and/or the likes of Packer Jnr (one of the wealthiest guys on the planet). There are major resource updates scheduled within the next quarter and it could be they will either announce to go into production or be bought out. Either way it's a win/win imho. Have invested several times in this share for over 3 years now (when it was 7-8p ish). share price might possibly drop back in the short-term from today's price, but long term 9-12 months it looks a multi bagger (conservatively 3 to 4 times current SP). This is NOT a ramp. DYOR as always. But I think this share may offer a substantial return on any investment made. I can see no downside except shares trade on AIM which can at times be a bit of a lottery in itself. But LND is well managed by experienced team with a proven track record and operates in a relatively stable country like Canada. You can slag me off big time this time next year - or I'll brag about how much I've made and how much you could have made !!!! | billy connolly
07/10/2009 11:02 | Mr Connolly it's below the belt to imply i'm the infamous poster formerly known as 4237. | abarclayman
06/10/2009 08:54 | I guess there's only one person who could twist & turn & mislead (& hide behind others & skirts & multi usernames) with what was originally clearly stated to be a 3rd party rumour that a genuine shareholder had apparently made an offer to personally fund any upfront fees required by CFA lawyers.....into.... | billy connolly
05/10/2009 14:10 | What's the latest chaps? Only it's all gone very quiet. What's happened to the MH fan club? There must be loads going on behind the scenes that can't be revealed :) Surely the promised claim by the 'anonymous' CFA lawyers funded by the wastrels, backed up by tons of "evidence", has been issued against 'the miscreants' by now? 22/9/2009 22:05 | Billy If found The Terminator post below very amusing The Terminator - 21 Sep'09 - 23:15 - 23173 of 23176 yeah mh knew he'd get sent packing but it'd fool the ar*eholes again. BUT The statement below must be rated very high on "fool the ar*eholes" scale "The potential seen in BUM's is now starting to be realised. It is now airing daily on Nickeledon in the US and weekly on ITV, and has recently been sold in Spain. Mike Young, BUM's producer, announced at MIP in Cannes "a new $28 million film and a further 26 half-hour episodes based on the property of (BUM's) are about to be signed off, with MYP and Universal as co-producers" Target's 5 strong multi-lingual proven sales team will be able to sell BUM's to many additional territories worldwide which would create substantial revenue for Just (Please refer to my last letter for JUST's percentage)" Source: Just Group plc/Just Action group letter to Shareholders 12th June 2002 | tundeolajide
