08/10/2020 10:15 | I thought you played only the cash market pal - which means you can't go short. When you say sell do you mean strictly covering your original long position? | tongosti
08/10/2020 10:10 | 'Well done' .. for selling a few shares 🤔 | my favourite threads
08/10/2020 09:42 | Nice one - making money is always counterintuitive to crowd's prevailing opinion. Without fail. Well done Fest! | tongosti
08/10/2020 09:41 | I think the market is the judge of that one. Yours is strictly your opinion. We touched 830 as the first PT this morning. Listen to what the market is telling you pal. Good luck. | tongosti
08/10/2020 09:32 | The current share price is not justified given the risks aviation industry is likely to face in the foreseeable future IMO. | investor73
08/10/2020 07:58 | Ooh! Sell order completed at 819pNice bonus. | festario
08/10/2020 06:41 | LiquidityeasyJet has taken swift and decisive action to raise over £2.4 billion in cash since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, from a diversified range of funding sources including debt and equity. Following the conclusion in August of the £608 million sale and leaseback programme, around 50% of the fleet remains unencumbered. easyJet expects to have 337 aircraft in the fleet as at end October. These measures have further underpinned easyJet's liquidity position and credit metrics while also enhancing our balance sheet strength to provide a significant liquidity buffer. With a cash position at 30 September 2020 of c.£2.3 billion, combined with the actions which we are taking on thinning our routes in Q1 and removing cost, it will enable us to conserve cash over the winter months. As previously indicated, easyJet will continue to review its liquidity position on a regular basis and will continue to assess further funding opportunities, including sale and lease backs, should the need arise. As at 30 September 2020 our net debt position was £1.1 billion (30 September 2019: £326 million) including cash and cash equivalents of c.£2.3 billion. | cashandcard
08/10/2020 06:36 | A mrkt cap of £1.4B is nothing short of ridiculous. This rise is pure speculation. Jet2 will come out of this with huge debts to service and a tourism industry which will take years to get back on its feet. Not to mention Philip Meeson is no spring chicken. There are more risks attached to jet2 now than the market is considering. | tongostl
08/10/2020 06:35 | EZJ net outflows (leaving aside exceptional) are actually inline with previous guidance. | cashandcard
08/10/2020 06:32 | EZJRevenuePassenger numbers1 for the full year decreased by 50% to 48 million, in line with a decrease in capacity2 of 48% to 55 million seats. Load factor for the full year will decrease by 4.3 percentage points to 87.2%.Capacity in the fourth quarter was 38% of previously planned levels with easyJet flying nine million passengers during the period with a load factor of 76.3%. Total group revenue for the quarter ending 30 September was c.£620 million.Cost / Cash burnTotal headline cost for the full year decreased by c.36% to c.£3,840 million, mainly driven by a decrease in capacity flown. Despite the constantly evolving travel restrictions across Europe and resultant impact on customer demand, easyJet maintained a disciplined approach to capacity and cash management. As a result, total cash burn during the fourth quarter is expected to be less than £700 million, which compares favourably to the £774 million in Q3.easyJet has raised over £2.4 billion in cash since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic and is well positioned to weather the ongoing challenging environment and capitalise on a recovery, once government travel restrictions are eased. | cashandcard
08/10/2020 06:20 | Wow Easyjets cash burn is £700m per quarter. Wonder what Jet2s is? £300m? £400m? Either way this is desperate stuff. It's pretty much nailed on Jet2 will need further cash by Spring. | tongostl
07/10/2020 16:39 | Ok pal - good luck tomorrow. Odds look good. | tongosti

07/10/2020 15:15 | Didn't get in again so will have to live with that but this is the third day we're closing at the higher end of the day's range. Bodes v well. JET2 will catch a lot by surprise as there is more to come on the way up. Fest - you're still in or you're waiting for your 815? | tongosti
07/10/2020 13:38 | I get that... but I'm watching for a quick zip up to 815p for a day trade... before it falls backIn fact, I'll put a sell order on that, because I'm off out. | festario

07/10/2020 13:00 | I take is as you've now sold out? | tongosti
