08/10/2020 20:37 | Markets are very, very nearly efficient. Proof: if they weren’t, making money would be much easier than the EMT theory suggests. The key proposition of EMT is that making money would be easy only in an inefficient market world. Very, very inconsistent with what you say - think about it pal ... You’re on to something else which has nothing to do with EMT but that would be an entirely different conversation (hint - markets are counterintuitive as they LEAD fundamentals not the other way around, as most naive investors believe) . Good luck. | tongosti

08/10/2020 18:01 | I do not know whether markets are discounting 21 or 22 or whatever but all we need to know - so that we can make a few copper coins - is that the markets sure as hell are discounting the future in a hurry. Hence the price is going up. When that future will be here and your normality will return then it will be too late to make any money. That's how markets work - discounting things way before things happen. | tongosti

08/10/2020 17:17 | Fundamentals do not seem to matter. It was around £20 earlier in the year, then went below £2 and now at over £8. It can go higher but it can also go much lower on any bad news. | investor73
