Well done Castleford - right move. As been noted on SFOR board, if you fade and do the opposite of wrongosti, youll do very well.

Yep and good to hear. unless you've recently made profits on a stock (that's not me) one better bail out immediately for a small loss. That's me here! Live to trade another day

Taken most of my holding off the table in profits. I don't like uncertainty in the economy and how likely it is Meeson can dump a load on the market at any point.

Definitely an ex RAF boys club vibe from what I have been told.

The Jet2 package isn't bad, but it's definitely not the best out there. Low workload in the winter is a winner for many

Easyjet offer a fixed roster pattern, staff travel and I believe they pay more. I cannot see anyone rushing to Jet2 from EasyJet or Wizz? Also ex RAF boys club very dominant at Jet2.

Interesting JET2 buying in convertible with conversion price £17.68 on 6/10/2026.

They must think the price will be a lot higher by then considering they're only pay 1.625% on the debt.

Looks like they're only traded in 100k lots.

Yes. Already qualified to fly the airbus so it's cheap recruitment and much much quicker, can have them flying in a week or two from start date rather than 2-3 months.

I spoke with someone yesterday and it got me thinking. Airbus going in - which were due at MAN, GLA and EDI. Why? Because they haven't been able to recruit airbus pilots in the numbers they thought. Luton is an airbus base for EZY and WIZZ. It's going to be a small base and involved W patterns, something I don't think happens at any other base? All in I think it's great. But I'm not sure they haven't had their hand forced in some way or at very least, been nudged to it by factors they weren't expecting. I'm happy, I think it'll be very fruitful, but that nobody saw it coming might tell you something.

These days there is relatively little pure package holiday business going out of LTN, so attractive in the way STN was when they started there

Gatwick isn't viable whilst they have the single runway, unless someone rather large pulls out. Surprised to see them in at Luton but admire them going after EasyJet, a nice two fingers to their holiday business.

I would imagine if Gatwick is near to full capacity, it would be the slots that hold them back in getting in there. That being said, they still have some good southern UK coverage with Luton, Stansted and Bournemouth recently added. Agree, Gatwick would be the jewel in the crown if it were ever to happen.

"As a valued myJet2 member, we want you to be the first to know that we're bringing the sunshine to London Luton Airport! We're all set to soar to 17 sun-kissed destinations from April 2025. We can't wait to whisk you away..." - I would prefer Gatwick, but that airport looks nearly full capacity.

Breakout valid. Refusing to go back into the range. Will it hold? Who knows but odds are it will. Adding to what should be my final and last batch.
