Hmmm... 750,000 shares on the uncrossed trade. Very steep. Indicate's to me that there is lots of interest in JDW. Suspect next week the share price will not be flatlining. Good weekend all.... .

These Gastro Pubs are the worst. Just seem to charge what they like, £25 for a Roast £7/£8 a pint etc.
You don't need to be in the West End!

If you're gonna do one of those see if Groupon or Wowcher are doing a deal 2 for 1 etc.

Reckon we will know the business done over this coming weekend come next Friday. I say that as all my (old) mates know about the £2.99 Guiness offer and are not holders. I just wonder if a mention of a dividend will be made on the 22nd. Given the buybacks has been on hold of late and with the budget helping, and price increases of late then you never know. I still have in my mind the 2% price increase equating to 40% extra profits such are the numbers with this business. I did half expect for the share price to touch £7.30 and had funds awaiting the bots pushing it down to this level. Parked these monies in oilers for the moment and still ready to add if the share price goes down again. On balance I would anticipate w/e 29/3 should see the share price around the £8.30 level..... It's just too good a company and my target is much higher than the current level.... Great beer and food to add.... What's not to like about JDW.

Breakfasts very difficult to keep Hot. Bacon and Toast go cold almost instantly.
They do take anything back without question which seems wasteful but it happens.
Chefs are fairly well paid in Spoons and I always see the Staff eating and drinking in their Bars.

The three I use close by are always busy all Week! Avoid Tea Time, can't get a Table sometimes not even a Seat!
Dread to think what it will be like this Weekend with the Paddy Offers and Real Ale Festival..................lol

To be fair they cope pretty well and service is fast considering. :))
