Yeah can not remember our local Wetherspoons being so busy midweek in January.

Every table was taken on Tuesday night.

There is a heck of demand for Wetherespoons lately. I think any spare cash should be spent on growing the business again.
I think even the die hard anti Spooner's cant hide the fact that they offer a very good deal compared with anywhere else!

Local spoons very busy yesterday. Tried the herb half chicken for a change must admit it was excellent (great value for money). Interested if any more buybacks, I suspect monies might be place aside for a small dividend now the share price is recovering.

Noted the 267K trade just after 9am. Seemed a big lump first thing. It is listed as a sell though I am always suspicious of the buy / sell assignment as it is often inaccurate.

Shyster

Not as bad as his RKH losses though .

No doubt clarkson is now a real mate eh Gozz ?
Best mates if you actually talked to him …

You were that kid in school who always had to try and make their story that bit better than someone else … that kid who had done what everyone else had done but a bit better ….
You haven’t seen Clarkson , you are just trying to butt into the convo somehow .

Have to agree with Clarkson as with almost all Comedy once the Woke got hold of it is rarely funny anymore, instead it's just a moan fest for Left Winger Comedians, which is most of them. Can't hardly watch HIGNFY these days as it's so biased!

Why not convert all pubs into flats and accommodation?
It obviously makes a higher return and is needed badly ?
Just leave wetherspoons and the supermarket?
It's almost there in many places?

All you find are muppets making posts like that one above.

I popped into 2 Spoons last Night and both very busy. As busy as you'll see for a Tuesday Night! Greenwich does have the benefit of a Collage nearby and the Students seemed to be making the most of it! It took me about 20 minutes to get a High Stool!
US being sold off tonight, to be expected after hitting new highs recently.
Shocks and Scares! eh?

In 2005, the brand dropped the words 'Wine Lodge' from its name in what was believed to be a bid to appeal to the 'younger generation'.Now, according to Great British Pubs, a website created by Stonegate - the company that own Yates's, there are as few as 23 remaining - the nearest being in neighbouring Rochdale. While the chain is yet to announce how it will celebrate its anniversary, The Oldham Times asked it whether there are any plans to reopen a Yates's in Oldham, and what its Oldham heritage means, but the company declined to comment.Il bet they did ?? Lol
