17/9/2024 06:24 | Strange that there is no RNS showing with the interim results. I'm not the greatest judge but it all looks good to me considering what the company has been through. Outlook looks much better. | lord gnome
13/9/2024 19:28 | Who said anything about aim? | nigelpm
12/9/2024 21:32 | i've been in the markets a long time. You could have bought most aim stocks 10 years ago, and you'll never make you're money back however patient you are. It's a matter of timing and judging sentiment. | wooster4
12/9/2024 20:30 | "a few years ago" is not long in investing. | nigelpm
12/9/2024 20:23 | you have to have the patience of a saint if you bought in a few years ago | wooster4
12/9/2024 20:11 | That's the beauty of investing - money moves from the impatient to the patient | nigelpm
12/9/2024 09:39 | Winnet I hear you - so much value elsewhere and I too am thinking of selling out here and moving to higher conviction plays. Management is not forthright and repeatedly fails to deliver on their own timelines.. REPEATEDLY!!! I am awaiting HY Results with bated breadth - hopefully no more gremlins to spring on suffering shareholders!! | ashkv
12/9/2024 09:25 | You'd laugh at me if I told you where I want to park the money, so i won't. But I am waiting for the results first before touching my position here. | winnet
12/9/2024 09:14 | I guess you have to ask yourself winnet -if you take the money out, what will you do with that cash? Do you already have a decent amount of cash on the sidelines, if so, no point selling, if not, perhaps you have identified something better. you pays your money!!! | sea7
11/9/2024 14:18 | So are these willing sellers doing it joyful to get an extra penny or are there people selling on any rise just to keep the price down. Must be one or the other. | fardels bear

04/9/2024 13:00 | As oil retreats, worth remembering.. from last accounts.. 50% of Group’s planned 2PD production Commodity swap: swap component Oct 2023 - Sep 2025 Weighted average price of US$70.57/bbl at end of year, 4,531,720 barrels were outstanding on the cash flow hedge above. The Group’s October 2023 to September 2025 commodity swap programme was designated as a cash flow hedge. Critical terms of the commodity swap (i.e., the notional amount, life and underlying oil price benchmark) and the corresponding Group’s hedged sales are highly similar. The Group performed a qualitative assessment of the effectiveness of the commodity swap contracts and concluded that the commodity swap programme is highly effective as the value of the commodity swap and the value of the corresponding hedged items will systematically change in opposite directions in response to movements in the underlying commodity prices. | sea7

04/9/2024 07:55 | Shame we aren't doing business in India then! | winnet
03/9/2024 18:08 | Despite all the howls of lower demand for oil in the main stream media.. State-held Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), the biggest oil and gas explorer in India, is assessing plans for an $8.3-billion refinery plus petrochemicals project in the most populous Indian state to take advantage of growing fuel demand, sources with knowledge of the matter have told Bloomberg. and Separately, BPCL is said to be in talks with major local banks to secure a loan of about $3.8 billion which it will use to expand the capacity of one of its refineries and india has said that it expects to raise its refining capacity by around 1.12 million barrels per day (bpd) each year until 2028 as it seeks to meet rising fuel demand. Total Indian refining capacity is expected to increase by 22% in five years from the current 254 million metric tons per year, which are equal to around 5.8 million bpd. | sea7

03/9/2024 15:14 | I was saying it's good we have the CWLH decom fund being completed and wasn't talking about Akatara decom fund what so ever. You got it completely twisted. Have to look ahead to Akatara and CWLH decom fund being done with | 1ajm
03/9/2024 14:43 | Friendly Troll 1AJM - Akatara Decom? Gas compressors just got commissioned today and we have the friendly troll mentioning Decom for Aktara as a bugaboo! Not so dear friendly troll - a long long way to go for Akatara Decom / moreover onshore decom is usually peanuts as compared to offshore decom. CWLH from what I recall - by end 2024 all decom funds will be in the agreed to pot / and future liftings should hit the JSE bottomline. If CWLH production stays steady/with natural decline - CWLH revenue stream will be a substantial plus and a credible offfset to Montara and Stag underperformance - more so when combined with outperformance at Penmal!!! Just need PB to be extremely upfront as to any inkling off issues and to deliver on his timelines. 1AJM 3 Sep '24 - 10:50 - 22415 of 22425 Have to look ahead to Akatara and CWLH decom fund being done with and potentially talk of a new campaign at PM | ashkv
