I think the chances of holders of former Irvine Energy shares (of which I am one) getting any return died with Irvine Energy. Even if another business took over the Plc shell it is unlikely that existing holders would see any meaningful value as we have already been diluted out of sight and that dilution is only likely to increase with a new business.

I have my Irvine Energy share certificate in paper form and keep it to serve as a reminder to myself to be more cautious and cynical in my evaluation of future investment decisions!

Tienpay PLC are late filing their accounts for Y/E 31st December 2017 (you can see this on the Companies House website search result) which were due to be filed with Companies House by 30th June 2018.

Following a period of reminders to the company directors of their responsibilities, if the situation remains unresolved (as in this case) Companies House then move to strike off a company which is late with its filing responsibilities under the Companies Act (it is now also a criminal offence for Directors of Companies that file accounts late, and Companies House have become increasingly active in prosecuting directors for this).

So the First Gazette notice shown in the filing history is the first step in the process of having the company struck off from the register of companies. If the directors do not resolve the situation in time, and the company is actually struck off (a Second Gazette notice is required before this can happen) then its assets if it has any belong to the Crown.

Considering some footballers and clubs are setting up Bit coin payments now and digital currency is expected to be mainstream in 3 or 4 years you would think tienpay would be prominent in the news.I cannot find anything about them anywhere recentlyt..Twitter page is silent.All very strange ,almost like they changed their name again.
