I also emailed them and got nothing back from the company.Seems to me they have some obligations to us!

Here's a link to Companies House web site showing the name changes from Irvine Energy plc to Online Financial Services Group plc, then to SE Land plc, and finally to Tienpay plc. It also gives information about people involved. It may be worthwhile writing to the company Secretary Ben Harber with copies of Irvine share certificates or contract notes. I'll try that.

I sent them an email explaining that I had Irvine shares and asking for information about the new company, but no reply.

sparty, after all the consolidation my holding has shrunk to a few thousand.
not worth much more than a round of drinks at my local.
but if they are getting into cryptocurrency, you never know.

got my notice of AGM. looks like they are putting in £200,000.
had to laugh at the last point of ordinary business.
re-appoint chapman-davis and determine directors remuneration.
watch out for their begging bowl

well SEL never contacted me..I doubt anyone will now from them.It would be a lot easier to contact tienpay and ask for clarification but their appears to be no contact email..?

Phoned my broker some time ago when all this changeover first started and after I recieved the letter from SEL telling me about Tienpay.They told me SEL had not been intouch with them to tell them of the change,as this is what is supposed to happen.And just looking at my account,it seems like they still havent.Will ring in the new year if nothing happens before then.

Barclays won't know anything until Tienpay tell the market which will be when/if they

It is an AGM (not EGM) for 2016 & 2017 & will be held 0n 29th December 2017 at 11.00 am at the offices of Shakespeare Martineau LLP, 6th floor, 60 Gracechurch Street London EC3N 0HR.
Their is a website www.tienpay.co.uk
If anyone intends to attend (& I hope some do) you are asked to email the Company asap at [e-mail].
Apparently there are 3200 shareholders.

Just received my annual report from Tienpay

This note copied from the accompanying letter

"Tienpay ltd have commenced the process of making an initial investment into Tienpay plc by signing a binding subscription agreement to invest over £200000 in the Company and in so doing will become our largest individual shareholder. There are plans being considered on how the Company will offer existing shareholders an opportunity to invest into the company and the Company is considering re-listing on a uk exchange in 2018. We will update you with more information when we have more information to report"

So with hope of a listing next year comes hope of recovering some of our investments
