Dear Mr.

Thank you for taking the time to write to us to alert us to the Barclayshare Nominees matter

I have emailed and have rung our Registrars and asked them to alert Barclayshare of the issue and to get them issued ASAP

Barcs dont have this listed as a corporate action so probably dont know about. Can't contact them ; 40 minute queue on their phones. Suggest you contact SE Land and see if they can do anything. I intend to do so tomorrow

well the incredibly inefficient BARX are clearly not going to send me anything..they have enough problems with thousands of complaints currently hitting their doorstep..

OK osammyboy2, fair enough, good point and I'll investigate the Sharegift route, thanks for the info, appreciated, and good luck to you all, but I think you are clinging to the wreckage - I hope I am wrong....

The only way to get them off your portfolio is to donate them to charity through Sharegift. But why not vote YES before you do At least if they do come good the charity will get some reward. Otherwise they get nothing and I get nothing.
It won't cost you anything to vote yes. You don't have to put in any money. I won't be doing so but I would like to keep some hope alive of getting something back

Had the letter, although address out of date and name missing! I'm trying to get my broker to dispose of these and have them removed from my portfolio, - any suggestions welcomed they were/are held in Crest. So fed up might just vote no, I've written this one off, it was a bad one, as for Teinpay.....

If your shares are held in a nominee broker account SE Land probably don't know you exist.
You should contact your broker as they should have it listed as a Corporate Action

It doesn't cost anything to vote for the proposal and doesn't commit anybody to anything more. If it works we might get at least some if not all of our money back. If it doesn't we haven't lost any more than we have already.
We don't know yet what is on offer and we don't have to put any more money in if we don't like it. I would just like any chance to get at least something back. Votes in favour of the proposal might just give me that chance. So all you're being asked to do at this stage is vote for the proposal.

Nothing will be done in the interests of existing shareholders we have been diluted out of sight and the new board will issue shares to themselves in the tens of thousands for sweet F...A..

Had to laugh when I saw this.
A bunch of Hong Kong techies who will be asking shareholders for more money for a high tech product , however , the web site looks like it's been made by a ten year old .

I reckon they have as much chance of making money as Irvine did of producing oil.

No doubt ,they will find someone stupid enough to invest.

We have to vote on the proposal by 6 Sep. We have nothing now and a vote in favour of the proposal will not cost us anything but might just provide a future. I'm therefore voting in favour and ask all holders to do likewise. When we get the detail of what we're being asked for and don't like it we can say no then and walk away.
I'm going for it anyway: nothing more to lose at this stage
