All shareholders have been circulated by Tienpay these past few days. If you hold your shares in Irvine in nominees,then speak to your Broker/Agent.
EGM on 29/11/17 in London.
There is still a heart beat in company !!! JUST.....

I've emailed seland twice but no response presume they've all been paid off and the doors locked. No word at all from Tienpay and no contact details. Beginning to doubt if our seland shares have transferred to Tienpay

The only contact email is a "request one" I have sent an email.If anyone else has an email address ,preferably for the Secretary who deals with corporate structure I`d be grateful.I shall report back if I hear anything.

osammy,well I don't think they can get rid of us..but they can further dilute us!Maybe the opposite will happen.Who knows.I will try an email when I get time to the company secretary.

Nothing Barcs can do about, All in the hands of Tienpay. In the takeover they got authority to issue shares up to £2000000. Whether they recognise our shares in
se land or not, we have to wait and see. Their contact addresses are Hong Kong.
Australia and China. Who knows where they'll list if they ever do?

Just looked on my old Halifax share dealing account and have 89.4 Tienpay shares there. Not listed anywhere yet....

Companies House details now amended to show Tienpay as the company
Their address is given as 6TH FLOOR, 60 GRACECHURCH STREET, LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM, EC3V 0HR

I look at selplc.com There's nothing on it now except that shareholder update. Tienpay have their own website tenpay.com but there's nothing on that either
