15/10/2014 20:34 | tommo - no probs, mine got binned after I skim read it. The listing bit is comical. Effectively they are saying "we got a new idea, give us some money, and if it works out you might be able to sell the shares". | neilyb675
15/10/2014 18:07 | Sorry, Nellyb675. I was composing my post as you were already replying to Sparty. Yes, Robert Allen still involved. If they couldn't raise £120k for their last venture what makes them think they can raise £600k from ex-IVE holders for this new one? And if Mr Turpin has made such a success for himself in this field, he's not exactly pushing the boat out with his £20k investment. A faint whiff of desperation and "something not quite right" with this new venture and its central players, methinks. | tommo41
15/10/2014 17:32 | 80 million shares at 0.75p. Current shares (OFSG) is 47,174,397. After raising 127,174397. | neilyb675
15/10/2014 17:30 | yes, received today via post a circular explaining that Turpin is the new Chairman and that OFSG is not a go-er and that SE Land is the new business that they are trying to set up. Basically buying up plots of land WITHOUT planning permission. Then selling them WITH planning permission, or developing. Plan to raise £600k and buy up to 10 plots at £50k each. Turpin buying £20k personally. His son is involved, as is....wait for it Mr Allen .....lol | neilyb675
15/10/2014 17:17 | neily..can you expand on that please? | sparty1
15/10/2014 17:06 | S E Land now...............he | neilyb675
08/10/2014 11:29 | Well after years of paying inactivity charges with TDW for the account that only has this stock in it, I finally got around to contacting them to see about shutting down the account. They have kindly offered to waive the latest charge due this month, and also the charge for sending me a paper certificate....I know exactly what I'm going to do with it...Mr Allen, next time I take a dump I'll be thinking of you. ;-) | upthediff
07/10/2014 12:38 | time this lot were arrested..Spent all the money if any raised on postage! | sparty1
06/10/2014 11:26 | IPI just folded in the Commercial Property sector. So they like to back loosing sectors | flyingswan
06/10/2014 11:18 | So what's happened to all the money they have raised so far, its like a chameleon, if they want to get investors interested again, get back to oil and gas, but no, lets get into property and land when it is at its highest, if they had gone into the Wonga style business in the first place they might of had more success. | joe8472
06/10/2014 08:55 | I thought of donating these to charity to be rid of them but then thought why should a charity be lumbered with them I will just write them off in my next tax return instead | osammyboy2
05/10/2014 20:24 | What a bloody disgrace,if I get enough out of this for a packet of crisps I'll be most surprised! | camelot5
03/10/2014 18:00 | I started typing a reply to the mail I got last week....I promptly deleted it for fear of a lawsuit! Very disappointing news! | upthediff
03/10/2014 13:13 | FFS give up already!!!!!!!!!!!!! "Online Financial Services Group PLC (OFSG) is looking to change its name to SE Land Plc and to change its business to being a property and land developer. Online Financial Services Group Plc (OFSG). The Company entered the financial services sector in June 2013 and has taken a stake in FCA regulated Cover Options (UK) Limited. 01/10/2014 10:23 | Anyone received anything? I'm still waiting for something to appear on my old trading account. | upthediff
29/9/2014 20:33 | joe we were all sold out in America - never seen any of the transaction documents where the landholding/drilling areas went to but I have my suspicions | medved5
29/9/2014 19:21 | yes agree with moormoney and neilyb675, either fold or more money. You would think if we are now a mortgage broker, with the house price rises in London, online financial services group should be rolling in the money. Wish I had never heard of Irvine Energy, even though its prospects at the time sounded great. | joe8472
27/9/2014 15:53 | Probably got the begging bowl out again! | upthediff
