The General Meeting for the Company was held on 8th September 2017 and all Resolutions were passed.

The Company is now known at Tienpay PLC

Further information will be available shortly

Certainly will sparty but nobody's telling us anything. I would have thought there would have been a note on the website even just to tell us the result of the votes.
So I'm not expecting anything better than we've had so far but then again you never know

sani fair point but the boss man is hong kong based so that is probably just a post box ...as it were.You never know with these start ups,but the guy has done well so far so maybe ...we may get some dosh back.If the shares are viable and they list.
Might be enough for more than a fish supper.. :)

Tienpay are at the same address as SE Land,so one would assume that the phone No is the same,or try [e-mail].

I contacted barx re my se land shares and had to tell them and give them the link for the name change!Not the first time Barx corporate actions has been found wanting!!
I will not hold my breath but if I hear back will report on here.

a 20,000 into 500,000 is 25...?not 2,500.. I cant remember it was so long ago! but I have 3000 se land or (tien0) and from memory I had 600K approx. shares in the dreaded IVE so it was a 200/1 consolidation?? No? Sorry, confused..

Can't see why we wouldn't have a stake in the new company. Irvine shares became SE Land shares (then came a 1 for 200 consolidation.) so they should now become Tienpay shares. On what terms , we haven't been told. Whether they ever list on an exchange or not we have to wait and see.

Email from Companies House today confirms we are now Tienpay Ltd So hopefully a new future. I'm not holding my breath just wait and see

paulie...you get it from your broker?or to your address from the company?I guess it matters little ,the vote is done and something should emerge..because of the dilution in the past we would have little say.
