Same here ! If they reversed the dilution of the shares and reappropriated the original shareholding %'s then perhaps I would have a look !

Three weeks gone by and no sign of that letter setting out the new strategy.
No surprise there then

Here we go again. Karl Turpin will now save us from doom. A letter to shareholders next week will tell us all about it. Phone call from
John Newlands of City One Securities yesterday. Seems a nice bloke but for someone who should be aware of the market he's in was somewhat surprised to know there was another listed company called SE Land Plc.
AGM 29th October.
He said something about raising money. About £200000 I think. Anyone interested?

Well, the money raised may have bought them several garden sheds in Virginia Water. Anyone heard anything that might suggest a listing at any time in the future? Wishful thinking, I know.

A reversal of the dilution would be good then a real , novel and powerful project would be even better

from website..

"Mr Turpins experience in property development was demonstrated when he grew property developer Oakdene Homes PLC from a company with a valuation of £750,000 in 1996 to an Aim Quoted company with a market capitalisation of c£100m in 2007, producing a profit of £8m in that year.

Oakdene Homes PLC did not survive the Credit Crunch and the withdrawal of lines of credit by RBS at that time. Mr Turpin has, none the less, continued to develop sites through his private property company Flagstone Estates Limited by taking conditional contracts since January 2009."

He better get cracking if I`m to get a fraction of my cash back..

Unless the floated company hold the assets of the company and NOT via subsiduaries in a joint shareholding with some foreigners then avoid investing in it

Big similarities here with IVE , African Minerals, Oracle Coalfields,

We think we own the action but they all had subsiduary companies in place and all lost strength of ownership because of this. Me thinks this is a totally done on purpose by many of the stinkers that are on BOD of this type of floated company.

They do a closed shop deal with the subsiduary companies and say the Chinese unknowingly to us shareholders where our assets are taken from us from within the countries the subsiduaries are operating.

Seems to be construed as a way for the BoD to walk away with a nice big thank you and leave us unsecured shareholders left with nothing. Very clever
