Tech trader is one of the obsessed muppets who continues to write everyday about iqe despite having no position (or so they say). Tech trader became a member of ADVFN today. Yet another one for the ignore list.

techtrader5 - actually 12.5 'ish - some of us were very happy they supplied us with such cheap shares back in 2014, only this time, as they continue to sell, the price moves up!!

After Sept 5th, we may never see the share price this low again, because this time the whole 'picture' is completely different.

Marshall Wace and Ennismore are increasing steadily their short position.

Who cares !!

At some point they will have to square their positions, ie buy the stock so that implies further boosts to the shares at some point down the line. That is a lot of stock that they have to buy to close the positions.

Marshall Wace and Ennismore are increasing steadily their short position. The rise in short positions recently looks similar to the trend starting in 2013 through 2014 when the share price went from 35 to 15p.

Check the chart and how it correlates to total short positions. You would have to have balls of steel to bet against this indicator as you are in effect betting against the ones that have inside knowledge and big analyst teams so buying directors and short bets shares

Why oh why do certain PI's get distracted by minutia when the EVIDENCE smacks you in the face?
If I asked every reader of this post a simple question like Q-you are going to be punched in the face by Sweenoid OR Mike Tyson, which would you chose ;-). Now despite me having s descent uppercut if you chose Mike Tyson , you are obviously sectionable.

So given 2 simple choices PYGLETS 2 factors to concentrate on OR this statement

The 2 things that really matter are :Directors recent selling. Why?New facilities being leased for 11 year period. Why?We know the answers to both but this I believe are the 2 things that should concentrate the mind.

I am investing for retirement and do not take any money off the table at present. Retirement is a good decade away and I will only sell a holding if the prospects deteriorate or I have a much better company in sight. Neither is true for IQE so not considering any form of selling. I have held for over 10 years and never made any significant progress with trading, i.e. selling on spikes and buying back later. If I buy more, it's fresh money for me.

Exactly ny boy - We are talking long term here. Even if it retraces on results day, it'll only take a breather before going to new highs. I am a long term holder of this stock.
