16/6/2014 09:20 | Hi SG, it was good to meet you and others at the AGM last week and by the time I got back to north Wales there were far better reports than I could have posted. The only observation I would make was the very honest and open responses Lance made to the questions posed - even very searching and personal ones. Anyhow, I was wondering about your views on Sinclair Pharma (SPH)? They have bought a company (Silhouette)who have developed a replacement for botox using dissolvable thread. George Soros has recently bought over 5% of the company and there are reports that Nestle feel this company would fit its 'skin division' and have been interested. There has been much manipulated buying of late and they certainly have come a long way from the old Maelor days. Maybe it is worth keeping an eye on but would appreciate your thoughts | tackems
16/6/2014 09:10 | Apologies my post was sent early by accident!Independent valuation of OBT forest resources gives it an NPV of $140-200 million depending on the discount rate used. Current market cap approx £34 million. Not to mention the significant agricultural land and operations, and holding in PRG, none of which are included in the NPV above.OBT share price has risen since I last mentioned it, but over the near to medium term I expect it to rise significantly to bridge some of the significant gap between current market cap and value of assets and operations. | peartreegardens
