21/7/2013 08:29 | "it works pretty well with a certain cretin filtered" My dear old thing, you appear to be a tad confused about the purpose of these threads. Let me explain; ADVFN do not host these things for the sole purpose of you and yours to pump a stock to high heaven without comment from wiser counsel (me). The private thread can make its own rules up as it goes along, so in one sense, it's actually being MORE honest than the fools on here who tolerate ONLY positives, despite ADVFN's policy to cater for ALL views on THEIR threads. I suspect, given your illogical bent, you are actually more likely to be closer to cretinism than me my dear old thing. Have a nice day, and try to think before you post. NL | n3tleylucas

21/7/2013 01:18 | Thanks to SuperG for taking the time to quell the paranoia, and explain the process regarding the so-called 'other' IOF bulletin board. As far as I can see, we are musch better off on this thread and it works pretty well with a certain cretin filtered. Neddo, I'm surprised you have reacted in the way you did. I can understand that if you have been left out in the cold in the past on another share, you might still be bitter if you lost out. But there is genuinely nothing happening out of your view with regard to IOF, and your posts in the previous months were very informative. Please don't go off the rails now. | ![]() festario
20/7/2013 22:07 | Anyone listening to N3tley only have themselves to blame. During the flash crash, he posted the following: N3tleyLucas 24 Jun'13 - 10:58 - 3315 of 5370 0 0 AIM WILL SUSPEND THIS SOON. N3tleyLucas 24 Jun'13 - 10:59 - 3321 of 5370 0 0 ROJ, don't touch it mate ... something's wrong. Both falsehoods, both designed to create doubt and both clearly very wrong. I simply took advantage. Best to ignore his meaningless opinion, his forecasting is similar to Zak Mirs, lol! | ![]() che7win
20/7/2013 19:34 | SG1, I would appreciate being involved in the knowledgeable discussions on the new BB. My e-mail address is . TIA | tackems
20/7/2013 19:04 | Yes, the quote refers to the flow back following fraccing. The reference to waste water is probably about the possibility of operating SWD wells in Montana/ND. No plans AFAIK for Iofina to be involved in using processed brine for fraccing. | ![]() rugrat2
20/7/2013 18:44 | Bogg1e - yes it appears that there will need to be a regular program of drilling to maintain the throughput of brine. Apart from the good ppms, one of the benefits of the partnership with MidStates is the almost continuous nature of a large part of their lease holding around IO#2 and 3, with few gaps created by other operators leasing. So not too difficult to create such a program, and remember that they are currently drilling just one bench in the Miss Lime at a 160acre spacing, with the prospect of probably being able to go through the acreage again along at least one deeper bench. | ![]() rugrat2
20/7/2013 18:13 | "along with the rest of the honest/agendaless posters and readers of this board." Such naivety is quite touching. | n3tleylucas
20/7/2013 18:12 | Rugrat, i have found the exact quote in my notes: "Wells generally have a flow back period for most of the injected water over 7 to 10 days. Then obviously you get the produced water which has the iodine in it." I assumed at first that this refers to a period between drilling a well and extracting from it. Its the reference to "injected water" that has me baffled. Tia. PS Afterthought, is this to do with fracking? Iofina have nothing to do with fracking at the moment do they? I vaguely recall something about revenue from waste water. Is this refering to processed brine being used to inject into fracking sites? Tia. | ![]() bogg1e
20/7/2013 18:09 | Thanks to those who have cleared up this whole second site thing. Particularly Skylite - the transparency of post 5331 along with clarification from Sg1 is exactly what was needed to clear things up. I shall put my paranoia (to be fair a by-product of the secrecy, intended or not, that was involved) to bed now, and hopefully I shall find myself with an invitation when the time comes along with the rest of the honest/agendaless posters and readers of this board. Malachey. | malachey
20/7/2013 17:37 | Nicklad (anyone else unless based in Zurich, can skip this post, sorry it's off topic!) I have two VIP tickets for the orange cinema tomorrow (95 CHF each, includes reserved seating area, as much to eat and drink as you like). I was going with a friend but she has had to drop out. Could you use them and/or would you like to come along to use up the second ticket (I would stress that I'm not asking you out on a romantic date, LOL, just trying to get the money's worth out of the tickets!!). | ![]() madchick
20/7/2013 17:30 | Rugrat thanks, so does that mean that once the pressure drops on a well head, the reduced bpd will have to be replaced with brine from a new well? Going on the doc you sent me it would seem that the high pressure and bpd associated with a new well is dramatically lessened after about 12 months. | ![]() bogg1e
20/7/2013 17:26 | Bogg1e- I think that the ref to pumping brine back into the formation may have been referring to enhancing the flow of brine in the Woodward morrow channel towards the wells feeding the plants near Vici and Woodward? Certainly not a practice currently being employed in the Miss Lime, or likely to be IMO. | ![]() rugrat2
20/7/2013 16:55 | Nedds is throwing his toys out of the pram!! I had no idea about this new board myself until today! Not concerned though. Would like to join it, for the record. | ![]() steveolds
20/7/2013 16:51 | Aye, let's hit 75p 1st mate ... don't rush these things. There's a pyramid that needs to collapse first. Don't ejaculate too soon neddo pal. When this does fall hard, I trust you will thank me? LOL I need to evacuate me bowels now ... or as we like to say, "have a neddo". Don't drink too much and get angry with this lot neddo, or super graham one will ban you ... that's why I kept your post. Forward thinking neddo mate ... maybe see you around. | n3tleylucas
20/7/2013 15:31 | Neddo, I for one welcomed a new board because I got fed up opening my laptop to find this : N3tleyLucas 5 Jul'13 - 23:17 - 4792 of 5352 0 0 (Filtered) N3tleyLucas 5 Jul'13 - 23:23 - 4793 of 5352 0 0 (Filtered) N3tleyLucas 5 Jul'13 - 23:25 - 4794 of 5352 0 0 (Filtered) N3tleyLucas 5 Jul'13 - 23:31 - 4795 of 5352 0 0 (Filtered) Despite many requests from various posters not to engage this character as he is known to have spoilt other BBs people still engage him as you have just done. There is absolutely nothing secret on the other board but it is pleasant to know that any post will be worth reading. Like others have said on here recently. It's just a waiting game now. | ![]() sandbag
20/7/2013 15:24 | SG1, Rugrat, TheFatController and Battery. Thanks ever so for your feedback on the document i sent you and for pointing out the, mercifully few, errors ;-) I have a few questions if you dont mind: 1) As TFC pointed out my reading of the AGM comment on 1500 ton output for 2013 as the expected output for 2013 is wrong. Rather it is the ideal, annualised output of IO#1-6 when fully commissioned. Therefore I have to recalculate for 2013. Iodine production will come from Recycled (60 tons), IO#1 (I cald'd 52 tons), IO#3-6 (based on BoD recommended 200ppm@30kbpd = 250 mt p.a each /12 = 20.8 tons per month each, which would equal 125 tons for IO#3-6 or 6 months equiv.) Thats all fine. However IO#2 is the sticky point. April 2013 = 650kg per day, May = 750kg per day, so june and july also probably 750kg per day until new brine sources hooked up to reach 30kbpd, meaning august to december should be at least 1 ton per day? I assume also that IO#2 didn't start til the beginning of April 2013? Any comments, corrections, additions welcome. 2)As rugrat pointed out, the pressure on well heads decreases in line with oil/gas extraction and pressure drops off, therefore the number of barrels per day of brine coming from each well head drops with it. Posters have mentioned that wells are repumped with brine. Is this so and is it to increase the pressure from the well head again? TIA. | ![]() bogg1e |
