superg,
your trade comments noted, to me the MM's have been accumulating for some reason.

Either a buyer or they are accumulating stock, maybe for impending news where they make a quick profit, who knows.

It does seem to me that IOF stock price wants to go up. Finally leaving that long term downtrend.

The ban was just a spam post about another company, for those spotting it post ban etc. You know those usual spam lot that put it on every connected sector thread.

It has 3 votes down so it seemed the natural thing to do.

It's starting to feel like we have a Mr Bigger that buys above 50p who has soaked up sells and is nibbling away at what is on offer.

On the face of it over last 2 trading days over 280k shares more have been sold than bought, yet it seems to have held nicely.

However... this morning looks like 50k sold and about 15k bought

But then on the trade data today it says 165k bought in the total column, then I noticed trade 2 and 3 are missing ??

Hidden trades ?? any idea VMH ?

yes, would expect that. Steady increase in production, IO5 & IO6 adding to numbers, market will like that.

Hopefully some decent Chesa brines will start flowing soonish. End on this quarter, maybe Q4 - that will make a big difference - hopefully (notice duplication, lol) a couple of mobiles up and running by then.

mister big....great book. Try "Sycamore Row" (John Grisham) for a really good read.

SQM seem determined to squeeze Cosayach, news out today

It seems to relate to the recent court case where the EIA permit at Soledad for Cosayach was allowed to stand

It's hot, it was testuser thinking he could buy ice creams online but nothing was delivered, so he kept going.

75k sell afters at 54p, but still 50k was sat on the bid at that price.

Keep hanging in there :-)

Fresh

The recent lot is obviously some who bought recently below 50p making a quick 10 to 20% profit for some.

The drop to mid 40's as reported looked driven by 3 mms who sold to zero amounting to 1 mill shares. Once they were done it crept back up, and broke that recent 50 barrier. Once through the traders did their thing.

In theory it should have gone back to 50, but around 250k apparently sold more than bought on Friday and today and it has held strongly.

Perhaps Typo spooked a few, but it was the usual false info.

Anyway we seem to be getting the sells with someone 'mysteriously' soaking them up.

Mt B has probably been on the phone wondering who is spoiling his below 50p 'party'.

I was rather hoping IOF would be able to get a production rns out this week so we know where we are. Hopefully an io5/6 update too.

I was thinking they did hit around 1.3 mt per day in May, stuttering along, so with IO5 and 6 online, maybe at some point at 20k bpd then that would start to knock on the door of 2 mt per day.

A half decent month this month gets a 3 months run of decent production, and starts to create some security.

One of 5 or 6 is rumoured to be on decent ppms, so lets hope, if true, that the higher ppm plant suffers less frack disruption and has good flow rates.

Good old macca is a buyer at 1.5 mt per day (so he said), so not sure if he is in yet :-)

Hey SG. The early retirement plans are on the back burner but I'm still here, just not posting so much as I'm a bit Iofina'ed out after 2 years (and it's a nice summer :) ).
