13/12/2013 09:06 | The insti's are having a field day here hoovering up all these cheap shares. I'd be surprised if Ennis are not leading the charge.... | ![]() alwilliamson
13/12/2013 09:05 | superg.....it would seem my post yesterday, describing you as seemingly less enthusiastic, and somewhat subdued, was almost prophetic! I feel you must have already known this water permit news at that time. | ![]() worraps
13/12/2013 09:02 | nellyb - if anybody is making their buy and sell decisions on Netley's posts - they shouldn't be investing in shares! | ![]() timbo237
13/12/2013 09:02 | BAGUETTE:. Good post. Even so gut feel - worries about managment disclosures - suggests to me that your target price could be a bit on the hight side. Major concern for me is levels of sustaining capital required and possible weakness in the long term price for Iodine. I would suggest that a cautionary long term (say 18 month) target would be for the share price to be in the range 135p-175p e&oe. If of course water permit is eventually granted (I agree tehe hope value has been supporting the SP) then your targets are realistic. | ![]() pugugly

13/12/2013 08:56 | I think we are sure to see ennismore close that short now. perfect opportunity for them. | malachey
13/12/2013 08:55 | Jag, Yes, you hit the nail on the head. Every opportunity that the water grant will be approved, I hear it was close. Also, an update from the company might not be far off, they have been giving them regularly. I couldn't get enough shares this morning, an early gift IMHO. | ![]() che7win
13/12/2013 08:48 | Another bear raid but looking like a steal at these prices. Just topped up another 30k. Pound land prices. Can't believe no real problem with water and still this..... Anyway update should see us bye bye very soon. | ![]() jagsta386

13/12/2013 08:45 | IMO the prospect of water has helped to underpin the share price a bit and if it is not granted that will continue to depress the price. The bigger issue ( and here is bad and good ) is that for one I have no faith in what the Board tell us. They seem to have made announcements which do not always sound quite the truth and promises which are not kept. The biggest example of course is that the 6 plants this year and a further 6 next year just will not happen and I think we all know that is true. Nor do I believe personally that we will get any more than 6 (max) built next year. Having said that, the question is should I now sell out for good. Well now I will assume that the fundamentals of the technology, process, leases etc are sound (who knows really but lets say yes) Well based on numerous posts I am retaining the basic assumption that each 100mt can bring in maybe £2m of income (net of directly variable costs) so how much might IOF produce in 2014 taking the disappointing end of the range - probably 1000-1500mt bringing in £20-30m. Fixed costs are unknown but lets say that results in £15m on the bottom line and lets say after any tax for the time being. The market could attribute a multiple of 15x maybe (certainly not 20+ surely with prospects being modified downwards mostly) that would give a market value of £225m and a share price of about £1.75 lets say £2. So I will stick with it feeling disappointed, a bit angry, with much lower expectations and a longer timescale thinking that there is reasonable share price growth from today but not expecting this to be the life changer. | baguette

13/12/2013 08:44 | The water application must be technically correct. So perhaps they want greater clarification on the beneficial use side of things. Just a thought. | ![]() 1madmarky

13/12/2013 08:43 | They certainly have. Depends how greedy they're trying to be. Dumping 25K at £1.18 must be music to their ears! | ![]() mikealig
