25/7/2024 10:24 | Does Investigate keep records of share price for that time? | mikemine1
25/7/2024 10:02 | Thats for that guys. So what I get from that is the share price was around 7p at the time of the German deal and, when RedT merged with Avalon, the dilution was 50 shares for 1 share in the new company Invinity. Anybody else have the same or different recollection. Any views would be appreciated. | mikemine1
25/7/2024 09:56 | Re post #7054 Investigate records say 26th July 2018 for the RNS for the German megadeal. For 700Mwh deal with 80Mwh as the first part . | greenmachine2
25/7/2024 09:35 | Mikemine1 re post#7054. I can't give you a precise price but I recall setting a sell price which was executed on the way to the AGM in Bracknell or somewhere thereabouts which was just after the German mega deal. So I sold a lot my shares from memory. I think they were sold for about 7p a share or 350p in today's shares. I chatted to Pinecone a poster on this or the other chat place at the meeting who was surprised I had sold. I think I said I was sceptical of the German deal prospects and surprise surprise I do not recall much further talk of it as the months went by. I think the share price continued to slide as they sought a strategic investor then a 40 percent discount at 2.25p. A few months later they suspended the shares at about 1.05p or 55p after share consolidation. Avalon RED merger the reverse takeover calculated the new shares at 1.65p on the merger with Avalon valued as the smaller company at a ratio from memory at 33 to 67 or 40 to 60. I think the claim was the merged company was therefore valued at £56 million. With hindsight some might have suggested RED was overvalued, but who knows. Without Bushveld interim funding in my view RED were dead in the water. I hope that helps. | greenmachine2
25/7/2024 09:34 | mikwmine1, from my (albeit poor) memory, I think that the share price might have been circa 1p and the dilution was 50 to 1. | guppygould

25/7/2024 09:16 | It would appear the share price is about to break upwards on a stinker of a market day. This could be very positive indeed. | indiestu
25/7/2024 08:54 | I need the help of a long term investor with decent records. What I am looking for is the share price of RedT directly after MacGreggor's infamous RNS about a big German deal which subsequently turned out to be a fabrication. I could also do with what the dilution of shares for RedT holders when the amalgamation with Avalon took place. I think it was 1 for 10 shares but I have no record. Unfortunately for me I didn't keep paper records and I've changed brokers since. A silly mistake. Any help would be greatly appreciated. | mikemine1

25/7/2024 05:05 | Mike I already posted about the gbe money it's $1 billion for carbon credits & battery split over the parliamentary term ..mused that could be £100+ mill per year of which ies being part owned by ukib is a likely part recipient . The gbe use of funds aim is to mobilise private equity so it won't be 100 % grant like the USA contracts..which is the hard part as seen in finding a matched partner for the UK lodes contract which they are now having to stake & we are still waiting contracting..good chance gbe might be involved in the rest of the 90 mwh ies said they are staking as well as the UK lodes win hope any new orders are expedited more timely.. . All I'm trying to do is qualify the reality & what is the most probable outcome.which next year is of the 440 mwh in advanced how much can be announced contracted and complete. They probably need 300 mwh+ in the base case and c1gwh+ in advanced probably to break even imo on an annual basis. Relying on the big picture here so far has not served investors well. On the share price the upside is massively higher than the downside . Maybe it's 50:50 for example that ies needs more cash . Downside might be 10 p upside 50 p to £1. So as a gamble it's currently a no brainer . A straddle bet a call at 10 p and a put at 50 p not a bad idea. | megaman2
25/7/2024 04:35 | Actually Myles has a good following and I was thinking that might shift the share price .he often seems to buy in before news seems to be connected ..potential to move the share price more than the factory opening which just like I said was a damp squid for the share price I'm simply drilling down to what the company need to do to break even before the cash runs out . No problem with people knocking that .. But for me it's more beneficial than other research which involves shouting out Siemens is big.. China has lots of vfrbs... A man said all you need is vision here.. A single 300 MWh battery is going to be installed next year... Just have patience and all will come good in a year .( Keep repeating every year) The brokers targets .. Pretend you know something nobody else knows and say you have found it In research available... Dyor Still holding c350000 shares No idea what is going to happen here they still have time to break even but I don't want to get caught here with my pants down if they run out of cash again . | megaman2

24/7/2024 21:03 | Megaman is overly negative on IES's prospect IMHO but with understandable reasons. Mistral is miles behind it's original launch date and orders are scant on the ground. However, with Labour's invigorated aim of Net Zero by 2030, ridiculous in my opinion, and a pipeline of 6 GWh, according to their latest release, the tailwind is very much behind them. There will be lots of political backing for IES and money to match. The Market needs to catch up with their prospects. | mikemine1

24/7/2024 12:54 | The only real questions for IES are: - market size for BESS; bearing in mind the so called NZ pursuit most countries seem intent on; and wind/solar is intermittent; so probably a huge market. - is IES product a strong competitor for vanadium flow section of that market. I suggest IES is well placed to sweat the market assuming the fiscal aspect of their business is well controlled. | colsmith
