Let us walk through what will happen slowly and calmly. Yes, Trump will be the next president of the US, but that won't change a thing really. Especially as far as IES goes.

Trump has made it no secret that he wants a weaker dollar which will involve the same money printing and inflated stock prices of his last presidency. Government policies on energy will be one way of increasing the debt to inflate the dollar. Storage will do well out of this (regardless of the 'greeness' of it).

FYI caps lock makes people's eyes bleed and is primarily used when people don't have the mental capacity to hold a considered argument.

I didn't say trump would abolish the IRA...but your statement about green deal going hand in hand is imo wrong given what he and his vice president have been saying . I suggest you do some proper research and also correctly understand what people write . Your inability to accept anything negative associated with ies is like that of a star struck lover.

Perhaps you would enjoy posting better on a telegram or lse board ..when stocks fall to 10 % of their peak it's all to do with shorters and deramping and mystery forces on those boards and the company and CEO are never to blame as it's all positive in the rose garden and people claiming to be analysing the stock always avoid any negative and embilish the companies actual prospects.

Strange Car firm Ford announced shelving EV from 2030 other firms to follow. Also when asked which would win out of Harris and Trump the fellow replied Trump .This is the man which predicts the last 7 Presidents by his formulae.

Trump will keep the IRA as well so Green deal to go hand. In hand with his growth as outlined in his speech

What is the problem with vanadium flow batteries?high and volatile prices of vanadium minerals (i.e. the cost of VRFB energy) relatively poor round trip efficiency (compared to lithium-ion batteries) heavy weight of aqueous electrolyte. relatively poor energy-to-volume ratio compared to standard storage batteries.Vanadium WILL NEVER TAKE OFF YOU MUG!!!!!!! Tom it's political & vanadium supply constrained . The USA gave the Chinese the tech years ago it was a faux pas..

The Chinese have the vanadium and control the price...due to that it's unlikely imo that the west will follow China in scale . Anybody making that assumption is I'll informed. Invinity set out to reach 600-800 MWh which is still achievable. That was meant to happen by today ...thats why it's now dissapointing to hear them say their goal is now to break even (c300 mwh) before the money runs out..... There is nobody else blazing a vfrb trail in the west ..cellcube look like they have switched the lights out zero communication from them in 12 months & no money . So it's the market and in the UK whilst there is potential gbe support it will also need private investment to which is proving extremely difficult. When I spoke to ies recently they said they "hope" that changes in the near term . Invinity Raising £18 mill causing huge dilution at a low share price must have been the last resort as they can't find UK contracts without staking I suspect gbe will be contributing to. Zulch recently voiced his frustrations at the USA government it seems amongst other things there are grid connectivity issues delaying the contracting of the doe contracts that initially where meant to contract by end 2023 ...I believe the USA also want local manufacturing ..

My understanding was China was building vanadium batteries in the form of large chemical plants. Invinity are going for the modular approach.

I guess the large scale mwh precedents are China based so the assumption is that they have lead the way and the west will follow

Hey sidelinebob, you do know that lithium is flammable, right?! Regardless of which president is in power Li will continue to make the news with dangerous fires. You seem like an intelligent forward thinking chap - do you reckon that there may be a move to non flammable alternatives for long duration storage? If so, who is the global leader in that sector? Of course president chat aside.

You mugs know nothing haha, these penny stocks are a waste of time. You talk about Trump but have not got a clue whats coming. My one time advice is Google Trump and Nashville bitcoin conference coming next month, Donald has been orange pilled but to what extent we will have to wait for his speech. Also Lithium Americas, one of the biggest lithium mines in the world, the Thacker Pass has approval of both Biden and Trump so is a winner, try doing your research on both above instead of gambling on this rubbish.

just listened to trumps Milwaukee speech, no mistaking that he's pro oil and despises electric vehicles and green tech, would absolutely expect ira spend to be curtailed,
where are all these pent up orders,

The main problem is that there are mot any large vanadium battery contracts being given to other businesses afaik.

So is it the BOD at fault or is the market just not ready or willing or “sold” on the tech ? At least not on a scale that helps IES yet ?
