The Union are advocating Communism or Marxism and in fact no Communist Country gave Employees shares. So imagine if every Company in the UK done this?
Tesco, All the Banks etc, Staff said we want half the Company or we're going on Strike! lol
I totally believe they should have Shares and maybe Options but this Guy's a Loon!

Good news,

Kretinsky has a meeting with Kemi Badenoch next week about the takeover. A quick £5m donation to the Tory party should see the deal approved by a week on Wednesday.

The promise of another £5m and we'll have to address him as Baron Kretinsky of Bromley by Bow and Plaistow!

I haven't heard anyone from the Government, Royal Mail, IDS, CWU, any national newspaper or TV outlet, or even any poster on here suggesting that it was a done deal.

An offer has been made which the board has accepted. It will now go to a vote by shareholders at the end of September.

That is the state of play at the moment. It may or may not be investigated by HMG but there is no investigation right now.

No conspiracy theories about market manipulation can ever be considered a useful contribution to understanding. The market is very simple. Buyers are matched to sellers and a sale goes through. No match = no sale.

Plenty of financial institutions are buying and selling financial instruments which are based on the current share price and some are actually buying and selling REAL shares but these are all documented, every day, by means of an RNS.

All this info is freely available but I suppose it's easier to post a load of cr@p than it is to do a bit of research!

Thought you might like to hear Dan Kretinsky talking more sense in 15 minutes than the Government, the CWU and the entire board of Royal Mail have managed in their combined lifetimes.

As a seller I'd have a sell price not less than the share price takeover price. I don't understand why I'd be selling at circa 330p unless I'm expecting it to retrace to 180p????
