28/3/2020 06:38 | I think divis are going to near evaporate in most companies for the next year or two with the extra debt, lower sales, redundancies, etc. It wouldn't sit well IMO. | hamhamham1

27/3/2020 21:23 | TUI have been bailed out. If IAG last through this, they could be the only company in the sector able to pay out a divvy | smithys2019
27/3/2020 19:32 | Lots of flights over my house today whilst gardening. Seems like back in the days when Concorde flew over. Always looked up Regards .kazz | kazz
27/3/2020 19:11 | Live tracking of BA flights | m1k3y1
27/3/2020 19:10 | Virgin approaching government for state aid. IAG absolutely solid and no suggestion that they will require similar. Mate reckons BA Shorthaul still flying over 50% of routes at the moment. Be a turnup for the books if it turns out that things haven’t been anywhere near as bad as market sentiment when figures are released. | smithys2019
27/3/2020 18:39 | How airline workers won a $32 billion lifeline in the contentious coronavirus relief bill | m1k3y1
27/3/2020 16:39 | Jeez. Nearly 1000 dead in Italy over last 24hrs. The US at peak will hit 3000 a day if it follows those stats. Hard to tell though. I daren't think about the UK stats. Tragic times indeed. | hamhamham1
27/3/2020 15:39 | No NY Boy today, I wonder why? | toon1966
27/3/2020 15:31 | Singapore Airlines gets $13bn lifeline as airlines beg for help Quote "American Airlines Group Inc, a much larger carrier, on Thursday evening disclosed it would be eligible for $12bn of US government aid as part of a $58bn loan and grant package for the airline industry" | m1k3y1
27/3/2020 15:24 | Did I see somewhere that American Airlines getting $12bn bailout? | hamhamham1
27/3/2020 13:48 | Feels a bit like the old storm clouds are gathering again in the markets. I can see Dow below 14k and FTSE100 sub 4k over the next month or so. But total speculation as no-one has a Scooby. | hamhamham1
27/3/2020 11:23 | UK coronavirus live: Boris Johnson tests positive for Covid-19 | hamhamham1
27/3/2020 11:16 | Charts are pointless now. We are not in normal market conditions and this is not just leading up to a recession. Hourly news can change sentiment in a few seconds. | goblin99
27/3/2020 11:07 | Space, Air could be in the red by the end of the day, it's a crazy market, spread betters must be getting fried. | hamhamham1
27/3/2020 10:43 | 80p in April 2020 here at iag | spacedust
27/3/2020 10:43 | I hope some of you got in AIR when i suggested it here. Since then it's gone up 20% | spacedust
27/3/2020 10:16 | Maybe. But this isn't a regular reccesion in that it's triggered by a natural disaster. There's no hiding the negative. What you often see is a lot of big swings up and down in the first 6-12 months followed by a fall off a cliff. Normally with a little recovery in the middle of the fall where stimulus measures are introduced. I'd argue we're just about to come through the other side of that and we'll see the bottom relatively soon as the world comes to better understand the time frame and is able to properly price this in. What I'm trying to say is has been a mighty shove into the abyss. No dilly dallying. But the world has to get back to business first and foremost. | dround87
27/3/2020 09:45 | Recession historically take 12-18 months to go from recent highest high to lowest low on the chart during that phase of the cycle. If you take early Jan as the recent high point, then count out from that, but who knows, this is so virus news driven. | hamhamham1
27/3/2020 09:31 | You are probably right DroundLet's see what transpires on Airline industry and IAG news month by month Until airspace does not open by locked down countries , this is not going anywhere | jailbird
27/3/2020 09:27 | At the very least. I'm thinking 150ish low. Maybe even worse and that's assuming no bailout is needed and a full year after lock downs end to get back to 3 decisively. Two years to 4 quid and four to 6 is my time frame here. Waiting for worse to buy more. Just look out your window if you doubt it! | dround87
27/3/2020 09:08 | Yup end of April Usa will be 1m cases | spacedust
