NY Boy resurfaces after the rout. MIA during I note.
Dave, we here to make you smile as well as to deliver some reality. You call us room merchants, but we have our eyes open and not wearing rose tinted glasses, not a bad thing after 11 year record.bull marlet run.
Let's see where the markets are in a month or two. If this doesn't cause a recession, then nothing would IMO.

It will not be a Govt. bailout, Qatar will probably extend a loan to see them through, there are airlines in far poorer shape than this one.

Good to see director buys though. A few more companies could do with their directors chucking a few £ in to reassure.Heaven knows how this will survive given the situation but I have comfort knowing that they are better placed that pretty much any other airline so failure not really an option.I presume worse case govnt bail out but then own a share of company and dilute shareholders

If they decide to make the season null and void then I feel for Liverpool

May do. I still have shorting profits (just about!) and I don't need glasses. I can read number plates from a distance if you know what I mean.

quite a lot of brave investors wish to remain invested, including Qatar it seems.
I am not clever enough to identify a 'bottom' but I do know this is one of the strongest airline stocks. If you wish to be invested in airlines.

The sooner they ban all short selling until this is resolved, the better.
