22/11/2019 18:44 | Thanks tornado | m1k3y1
22/11/2019 18:33 | tornado12....well done and much appreciated news...hope it is a sensible result and everyone can work with it..back as a team, hopefully. The Union had accepted the earlier deal from what we heard from informed sources, but a group of mainly younger pilots threw a spanner in the works. I doubt that they will be allowed to do it again...there would be a huge outcry from the majority who want things to be settled. Great New... Have now seen a comprehensive report of the deal in the Irish Times, and looks a fair compromise with some concessions by BA, but not everything the Union had wanted...pretty good. | cyberian
22/11/2019 15:42 | Yes...I am sure you are right...we are all DOOMED!!!! | cyberian
22/11/2019 15:40 | Seem to remember BALPA announcing strike dates on a Friday afternoon just before market close could history repeat itself. | applepieinthesky
22/11/2019 15:29 | Easyjet p.e 14, IAG 5.42 shareprice can double and still be way below Easyjet | montyhedge
22/11/2019 15:25 | mh...I do look for income and I think you are correct...if we get some good news on pilots etc. and with the PE ratio so so low we could see a real surprise in the share price in short order. | cyberian
22/11/2019 13:29 | Monday I reckon 565p has traders taking new positions, dividend and hopefully news on Balpa next week. | montyhedge
22/11/2019 11:48 | badtime....this might help | m1k3y1
22/11/2019 11:41 | Chart wise it needs to hold 550 to make further gainsMonty ...I'm being a tad lazy but how much is the div | badtime
22/11/2019 11:21 | Also ex div next Thursday 28th November, paid 4 days later, nice.Of course bears have to pay that back if still short on the 28th November. | montyhedge
22/11/2019 11:18 | 625p or 495p come on Balpa let us know. Going by the comment by COO, To me good has a heads up, deal nearly finalise. I bet all BA have to do is give back travel concessions, but seems they are being tough by taken them away until next September.I bet plenty of Thomas Cook pilots on the dole, looking to take lucrative BA jobs. | montyhedge
22/11/2019 11:08 | Corrected...of course you are so brilliant, and never gets anything wrong despite wonderful/reliable sources. | cyberian
22/11/2019 10:56 | grupo...thanks for the feed which suggests that IAG needs a break-out above 557.5p or thereabouts to be sustained I guess above this level. In a funny way I hope that any announcement of an agreement with BALPA comes after IAG goes XD, as that will keep holders locked-in with even better prospects ahead for the reason I have given. This is all conjecture on my part, and the market will make up its own mind, however, they are helped by the IAG P/E ratio being well below most of its peers.Good luck... | cyberian
22/11/2019 08:08 | That was a really positive sentence from COO about Balpa. | montyhedge
22/11/2019 08:00 | I reckon next week press release from Balpa then onwards to 615p, The Santa Rally starts 13th December if Tory majority. Of course only my view. So just need a couple of things to go our way. | montyhedge
21/11/2019 21:25 | Good news tonight from CCO Andrew Brem at BA after saying that after problems yesterday a near full flight schedule today, after IT tech issue, which he says happens at all airlines from time to time. He then stated that he was cautiously optimistic of a resolution with BALPA...he said "in a sense, no news is good news" He adds that they "hope to announce in the not to distant future that we have come to an agreement" That sounds quite positive to me...we'll see, and maybe soon or before Christmas...that news would be a real fillip! | cyberian
21/11/2019 14:50 | Ouch part 52https://www.thegua | applepieinthesky
21/11/2019 14:48 | That's a question for BA's and IAG's senior leadership team. Mr Walsh has a lot to amswer….. | toon1966
21/11/2019 13:43 | Who does BA's IT? Their reputation must be in tatters! | thamestrader
21/11/2019 13:02 | And so El Gordo hasn't learnt from sending out the IT department to low cost.https://www.goo | applepieinthesky |
