18/7/2009 12:29 | rambutan2, With regard to analysts, we've got a few analysts now following Intercede. We had KBC Peel Hunt as nomad and advisor before JM Finn recently took over. Now it would seem that Panmure Gordon is also following. From this week's IC Buy recommendation: "According to broker Panmure Gordon, given Intercede's slew of defensive traits, its shares deserve a premium rating. Buy." | ![]() accumulat0r
17/7/2009 17:45 | well it's free publicity. and despite the ridicule we tend to heap on it, IC does get a flick through from some fund managers/analysts. You never know if it might just prompt one of them to take a closer look at IGP... | ![]() rambutan2
17/7/2009 14:00 | Good point LOL. I have only read I.C a few times over the last year, and was aware of this reputation, surely they can't be as bad as that can they ? | ![]() interceptor2
17/7/2009 13:49 | Their followers don't have any money left? :-( | ![]() smartmoney100
17/7/2009 13:42 | Thanks Sheik Yerbouti Just got in from Golf and wondered why IGP was up so well on only modest buying of 10,000, knew I would find the answer here. Great thread...... I would have thought there would have been more volume today after the tip in I.C | ![]() interceptor2
17/7/2009 10:18 | Ta for the summary GHF. You have to laugh - I wish the IC readers luck in getting hold of any decent amounts of stock :o)) | ![]() rivaldo
17/7/2009 09:09 | Ok so I got it wrong sorry guys and well done, hey ho! | ![]() cambium
17/7/2009 09:06 | Ah that would be why they have gone up 7%. if just 1% of the IC readers bought a stake in Intercede this would be 60-70p in days..... lets see where this takes us although usually tips by IC get the kiss of death. not this one though I think..... | ![]() 237gmoney
17/7/2009 08:07 | Ahhh ! Quick check confirms they have indeed been tipped;- BULL POINTS: ■ Defensive end markets ■ Long-term visibility ■ Geographic diversity ■ Clean balance sheet BEAR POINTS: ■ Limited short-term visibility ■ Lawsuit with American rival Regards, GHF | glasshalfull
17/7/2009 08:03 | One of the main tips in the IC today I hear. | sheik yerbouti
16/7/2009 12:27 | Keep up the good work guys....this share is crying out for another leg up but we need some news to create interest.... | ![]() 237gmoney
16/7/2009 11:23 | Looks like we've both been pushing this higher SmartMoney. My latest batch were purchased just now at full offer and I see a resultant tick up on the bid. I've also been trying to take advantage in picking up stock at a reasonable price....while there's availability. Regards, GHF | glasshalfull
16/7/2009 10:40 | And another 15,000. I'll shut up now! | ![]() smartmoney100
15/7/2009 13:46 | Decided on another 12,500 here. After all you do need to buy when they're actualy available! May well continue for some while though if someone continues to be willing to affload at these prices. | ![]() smartmoney100
14/7/2009 23:10 | IGP's annual report came out later than last year, and the City goes on hols from mid July to Sept, so makes sense. Re Roy, I just thought it interesting to actually put a definite fig on where a chunk of the revenue coming from. Also, no harm to have someone with influence on Board. | ![]() rambutan2
14/7/2009 12:20 | Why is the AGM on the 16th Sept this year when it was on the 2nd July last year? any reason for the extra 2 months delay? Unless theres something going on that week... Sory Ram, you have lost me with the last comment? what has Roy Hoggarth and BT global services got to do with IGP now? Yes BT is a client with the NHS but are you suggesting Roy is going to get more business for IGP in his new role? more than the £418k? | ![]() 237gmoney
14/7/2009 11:44 | Annual reports always hold a few snippets for the interested: "Roy Hoggarth was made CEO of BT Global Services UK, an existing customer, in Sept 08. Sales made to BT Global Services during the year totalled £418k." (note 21 in annual report) | ![]() rambutan2
14/7/2009 11:24 | agm is 11am, 16 sept. | ![]() rambutan2
14/7/2009 10:37 | Good spot Ram. Interesting snip. I notice the share price although its says we are up 0.5p today the sell price has actually risen from 38p to 40p in the last few days and the spread is only 1p either side... either news is due to come out or the MM's want to come out to play. When is the AGM? is anyone going and if so could you ask them for an update on the TWIC project and where they see that going. The cards issued seem to keep rising and rising and I know they said it has the potential for 6m cards to be issued but what revenue is this project bringing in... Also an update on the recent court case would be nice. | ![]() 237gmoney
