30/4/2009 07:36 | Nice contract. I like this bit, Thisnew order further demonstrates the progress that Intercede is starting to make within the EU", said Richard Parris, Intercede's Chairman and Chief Executive. "It provides strong evidence that Intercede's MyID software is rapidly becoming the first choice for government identity projects around the world." | billbyrne
29/4/2009 16:30 | oh and this one as well... | 237gmoney
29/4/2009 16:29 | I these are old links but with the ongoing patent infringment with actividentity though these were interesting all the same.... Seems RSA still have some ties with IGP even though we havent heard anything for a while.... | 237gmoney
28/4/2009 17:06 | buy the dips imo | cambium
28/4/2009 14:32 | Crazy. over 7% drop based on a newspaper article that has no direct impact on current earnings. It doesnt really have an impact on future earnings as IGP were never relying on the UKID card to pay the bills. A couple of weeks to go before the loan note holders have to pay their cards. £2m worth of stock coming to the market may have more to do with the current share price movement than the news article as with the extra stock in the market it would have increased the mkt cap by over £1m at 43p a share. Seems the MM's are lowering the price to allow for the increase in stock more like to keep the mkt cap on a like for like basis. When results come out this will pick up again as we will get a proper trading update then and an idea of the current workload. | 237gmoney
28/4/2009 11:07 | The thing is IGP have not said they are working on the UK ID project and do not need it to progress. If the company can grow 90% yr on yr without it so whats the problem. Yes it would have been nice to have but Im happy with the 90%. We cant be too greedy. | 237gmoney
28/4/2009 10:45 | Felix - agree 100%. Hopefully the more discerning investor will see it as a buying opportunity. | mdchand
28/4/2009 10:34 | no great surprise there then. IGP is not a one trick pony on UK national ID cards anymore so how relevant is it other than for sentiment? | felix99
23/4/2009 09:57 | 237 - Not yet - I'm waiting for IGP profits to pay for one! Joking apart, I re-read the last t/u to counteract depression while waiting patiently for the full story promsed for (early) June - To precis/paraphrase what it says - * Revenue almost doubled * PBIT over £1m and first full year profit in the bag * £3.7m cash in bank Fears? That it may look just too irreristable to a predator. We have seen a significant recovery in the share price but it should have further to go on continuing good news imho. The only factor I feel we cannot count on is the UK id card scheme. | boadicea
23/4/2009 09:54 | To be precise. Total # Enrolled: 1,137,714 Total # Cards Issued: 929,503 | wjccghcc
23/4/2009 09:23 | Has everybody gone on holiday? Twic now at 1.1m enrollments and still rising.... | 237gmoney
16/4/2009 16:44 | Its all gone very quiet here, a couple of weeks before the loan holders are forced to play their hand and no news of any more contracts.... Gemalto have another ID card - not sure if IGP involved - unlikely Gemalto Provides Lithuania with Electronic Identity Cards | 237gmoney
14/4/2009 12:11 | I posted about that up-coming project months ago mr gmoney, hopefully it will be another big id project that igp will be involved with. IT seems igp are picking up new contracts regularly now, cant wait to see the results, the details will make interesting reading. ps gemalto are working on that project, not sure what the situation between gemalto and igp is now, not heared much regarding business between the two companies recently, rsa is another. | igoe104
14/4/2009 12:01 | seems you got a good price when it says 43p to buy...not sure how much size you can but below 43p though at the moment. Igoe, seems you missed this article on the saudi ID card. Could IGP be involved? | 237gmoney
14/4/2009 09:59 | Just topped up and very pleased to get in under the 43p quoted buy price, at 41.7p, sometimes it's worth testing the market. | interceptor2
08/4/2009 17:29 | The buying will be back in the near future, results out in june and im expecting a cluster of new contract wins, we even could hear news before then regarding new contract wins. ps There was an interesting program on the wallstreet crash 1929 last night, if you have virgin on-demand you can watch-it. | igoe104
08/4/2009 13:51 | The buying seems to have dried up here and hence any sell pushes the price down, whats happening with the other loan note holders I want to know. I think the deadline was the 9th May to sort out £2m worth of stock. With easter coming there will only be three weeks or so to sort this out so why wait til the last minute..... I guess the uncertainty is still holding this back from kicking on.... | 237gmoney
07/4/2009 15:33 | my computer is knackered, so im having to use the pc at my gym, which i cant copy and paste on, at the moment. I see Ibm have beaten thales to the main uk national id contract, will igp still be working on the data-base with ibm ?( my guess would be probably.) So be honest i cant get excited about this project, because i believe the torries will remove it before anyone makes any big bucks, but im sure we will make a few quid from the overseas folks. Anyway they will be 30-40 other projects at least, that igp will probably be involved it. | igoe104
06/4/2009 09:14 | Im sure IGP works with both of these on Smart cards... | 237gmoney
05/4/2009 20:27 | Before the excellent trading statement, I had worked out that PBIT should be £1.2m and EPS 3.2p which at 44.5p would give an historic P/E of 14. I dont often become excited about a companies prospects, but IGP are the exception, and I will look to top up my holdings before the results. | interceptor2
03/4/2009 13:46 | NICE 25,000 BUY GONE-IN. That should help towards supporting the share price, at this level. Someone has been buying chunks of anything between 10,000 to 30,000 shares, over the last couple of months, its good news because its eating up any weak sellers that are around. ps actually its a trade from yesterday thats just popped up, (naughty mms) | igoe104 |
