28/7/2009 12:42 | I don't know nuffink i don't! Simply that they gave a trading update 24th July 08, so I looked back over a couple years to try and get an idea of which day is most common. Thursdays won. I actualy feel next week is more likely. | smartmoney100
28/7/2009 11:26 | smartmoney, do you know something we dont? will we expect someting this thursday???with the agm two months later this year it would be nice to get an update before then to keep us in the loop.... | 237gmoney
28/7/2009 10:07 | Sometimes its worth reading back at old RNS on the company web-site. just click on news then click on more latest news. sometimes you can forget about some contracts we have won. | igoe104
28/7/2009 09:50 | Igp dont like to publish details unless the contractor (thales) announces the involvement igp, thats the impression i get. i think its because we operate in a confidential market read this smartmoney. This contract builds upon our global success in national identity schemes, which include countries such as UK, Morocco, and many countries across Africa." ps There isnt any other middle-east/ africa id available either at the moment. my id is build into thales safesign product. ps ive read somewhere that other middle-east countries could be starting at the end of the year with thales hot favourites to be involved in alot of these projects. | igoe104
28/7/2009 09:28 | Due a trading update soon I guess. Looking back there have been a few on Thursdays. | smartmoney100
28/7/2009 09:20 | Strong buying pressure over the last few days for not particular reason that we know of other than the IC tip. but if this can continue rising with no news, boads well when good news comes..... Are IGP really in the Morocco ID card? 18 million cards? I dont recall a specific RNS but if thats the case, it 5 times bigger than the TWIC card, yet this news hasnt been released to the market. Yes I know IGP mentioned they had two middle eastern ID card projects on the go, just an 18 million card scheme should have been given a bit more coverage. | 237gmoney
27/7/2009 10:22 | MORE than 2 million morocco id cards issued already, and they are planning another 18 million over the next 4 years, this will be good earnings for intercede. and remember this is one project of many. | igoe104
24/7/2009 22:04 | gmoney. Igp are involved in the australia queenslands police contract.there is also a strong possibility that more contracts will follow, in australia. This contract builds upon our global success in national identity schemes, which include countries such as UK, Morocco, and many countries across Africa." you can bet your bottom dollor, lots more contracts are in the pipe-line in africa, usa, europe, australia etc, to add too the 20 odd projects we are already working on. | igoe104
24/7/2009 13:52 | Last Post - Oracle have changed there ID management program....will this affect IGP as MyID 8 is supposed to work with Oracle.... | 237gmoney
24/7/2009 13:50 | Gemalto start the Queensland driver licence deal...I thought IGP were on that too no?? also do IGP not work with Precise Biometrics on their ID card product? They have just signed a $6.1m contract with the US government. | 237gmoney
24/7/2009 13:43 | So you were the one buying....saw there were a few buy trades over the last few days, thought they were a few delayed IC readers.... things need to pick up here again, some contract news would be nice. The company needs a new big contract with TWIC slowing down....capacity to take on bigger contracts must be opening up. Bell ID have to resort to 50-50 agreements now to get business. cash must be running low... | 237gmoney
24/7/2009 13:00 | Been buying these in the last few days. Growth tech companies like this one, should do very well as we move into bull market conditions imho. | arthurly
21/7/2009 19:51 | wITH IGP already breaking into the banking security sector, this could be the start more to come. | igoe104
18/7/2009 23:02 | thanks for that Accumulator. The main tech analyst at Panmure is the well respected George O'Connor, I'd be interested to know which of the team there gave the Buy rating. | rambutan2
18/7/2009 20:57 | Latest TWIC Dashboard. | 4graham
18/7/2009 12:29 | rambutan2, With regard to analysts, we've got a few analysts now following Intercede. We had KBC Peel Hunt as nomad and advisor before JM Finn recently took over. Now it would seem that Panmure Gordon is also following. From this week's IC Buy recommendation: "According to broker Panmure Gordon, given Intercede's slew of defensive traits, its shares deserve a premium rating. Buy." | accumulat0r
17/7/2009 17:45 | well it's free publicity. and despite the ridicule we tend to heap on it, IC does get a flick through from some fund managers/analysts. You never know if it might just prompt one of them to take a closer look at IGP... | rambutan2
17/7/2009 14:00 | Good point LOL. I have only read I.C a few times over the last year, and was aware of this reputation, surely they can't be as bad as that can they ? | interceptor2
17/7/2009 13:49 | Their followers don't have any money left? :-( | smartmoney100
17/7/2009 13:42 | Thanks Sheik Yerbouti Just got in from Golf and wondered why IGP was up so well on only modest buying of 10,000, knew I would find the answer here. Great thread...... I would have thought there would have been more volume today after the tip in I.C | interceptor2
17/7/2009 10:18 | Ta for the summary GHF. You have to laugh - I wish the IC readers luck in getting hold of any decent amounts of stock :o)) | rivaldo
17/7/2009 09:09 | Ok so I got it wrong sorry guys and well done, hey ho! | cambium
17/7/2009 09:06 | Ah that would be why they have gone up 7%. if just 1% of the IC readers bought a stake in Intercede this would be 60-70p in days..... lets see where this takes us although usually tips by IC get the kiss of death. not this one though I think..... | 237gmoney
17/7/2009 08:07 | Ahhh ! Quick check confirms they have indeed been tipped;- BULL POINTS: ■ Defensive end markets ■ Long-term visibility ■ Geographic diversity ■ Clean balance sheet BEAR POINTS: ■ Limited short-term visibility ■ Lawsuit with American rival Regards, GHF | glasshalfull
17/7/2009 08:03 | One of the main tips in the IC today I hear. | sheik yerbouti |
