I feel will dominate most world market places, we seem to have a big foot-hold in the states, i also believe we will have most things in australia soon as well especially as it looks like ibm and thales are devloping a good foot-hold over there.

Then i expect the middle-east,europe, asia. then eventually global dominance.

I think its the case of forgetting the share price and just keep watching the contracts keep rolling, eventually the cream will rise to the top and everything else will fall in place.

Nice article igoe. IGP is the only provider or a combined CMS/IDMS which is where the article thinks corporates will focus. Of course, corporate spending will suffer in 2009 but with 75% of their pipeline in government projects, IGP is better placed than most to continue their growth trajectory.

LOTS OF RNS will keep this ticking up, lots of contracts up for grabs which i can see a igp involvement.

i wouldn,t be surprised to see us working on close to 30 contracts by the end of
2009.

falling share, gives opportunities of others to pick stock up in the new year.

You just can,t please folks, in these markets.

True igoe, but with a bit of luck you may be able to add another tranche to your holding sometime in early to mid January. Those are my hopes anyway.

WE are due some sort of business with oracle, hopefully we can break into into the on-line market sooner rather than later.
regarding the id card, you would expect thales or ibm to have some sort of involvement.

i wonder if oracle will be used as the database

The id card will need to work with a data-base so whoever wins will probably need to use igp software.

OUR PARTNER THALES IS A COMPANY GOING IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION.

The revolutionary national ID project implemented by Thales, a leading international electronics and systems group, addressing security, aerospace and defence markets worldwide, will see DGSN issue 20 million smartcards over the next 4 years.

PS been doing some homework on the up-coming usa projects, and with lockheed martin we will be involved with almost everything.

quote, about the report of the up-coming usa market.

thanks to a booming biometrics industry.
The industry is being helped by U.S. government mandates requiring more secure credentialing (passports, visas, employee cards, driver's licenses) with chips and improved border security.

Correct WJ. But were not even half way there yet to that figure. Long way to go yet. What I would like to know is because the TWIC cards only last 5 years, who gets the cash for the renewals in 5 years time? surely IGP will get a large chunk of that....currently the fee for a renewal (e.g. incase of a lost card) is $60. That could see a big step up in revenue....like $72,000,000 worth....but then the renewal will probably be peanuts in 5 years time. Even if its 10% of that were talking $7.2m of revenue to IGP in 2013

It may be crumbs from TWIC for IGP for the moment but once TWIC issuance exceeds 1.2mm cards, the revenue reverts to IGP AFAIK.

I see we have ticked up again after 1pm, nice to see we have the momentum here at the moment. The AIM market has taken a battering this year, more so than the FTSE, FTSE 250, 350, etc. This company will come good and is coming good just so frustrating its taking so long.

The TWIC program seems to picking up speed as well again....back to an average 2,621 cards a day or nearly $300,000 a day for Lockheed martin and RSA with IGP picking up the crumbs. No wonder Lockheed are splashing the cash on new cards for their 140,000 employees in these credit crunch times.....

igoe - too illiquid for me, plus I think the markets are going to get a whole lot worse in 2009. Good luck, though, seems to be on one of it´s MM-markup runs on the back of a couple of good RNSs. :0)

Agreed WJ.

Yet another great RNS today. Perhaps IGP will at last start to be recognised.

Felix - If (when) they're bought out, it will be by one of the big players (Thales, Lockheed, Oracle) because they're too important to their ID/smart card businesses. I very much doubt there will be a Newco to be rolled into.

Unless the mgt get rolled over into Newco - in which case if they are looked after we are a wee bit stuffed!
